Information: Why the PointX forum has been removed

Dear members,

You may well wonder why the PointX forum has been removed from the website. Allow me to explain.

We received a series of emails from the owners of the channel who complained that:

1. The comments of the forum writers were not favourable to the tv
2. The comments were affecting the motovation of the models who read the comments
3. That the website does not promote the channel as prominently as they think it deserves

Additionally to the forum we offered them the following:

1. A separate channel page which would give basic information about the channel accessed from the main menu
2. A girls' page where members could vote just like other channels are featured.

But this was not good enough for them. As the only liveshow now transmitting from Germany they wanted a prominent position on the home page just like we do with SexySat and Eurotic. If we did not do this they requested the removal of the forum.

Perhaps they need reminding that we are an independent website and do not take kindly to demands from other parties how the content is provided. Mauro, the previous owner of the site, did more than was neccessary to promote the previous existence of that service - Red Lips. It seems that they took that for granted and could merely ask/demand and we would comply.

Well we have complied with their last demand and removed the forum. We have also made it quite clear that it will not come back under any circumstances. So in one fair stroke they have denied themselves any good publicity that could ensure in the future.

As this topic has now become a discussion of the channel I am afraid that it will have to be closed.

Kelmi, I have the same suspicion myself regarding the connection of this channel to ETV otherwise I cant understand who is financing them to be able to allocate a transponder all weekend and so many hours per day.

Quite right not to allow the Point X Team back - their attitude makes it sound like Politicians are running the channel.

Don't think the girls on Point X deserve that - they are just trying to put on a good show.

The camera man though is hopeless and is constantly asleep on the job with no zooms whatsoever.

No wonder they don't want anyone to say anything with that sort of unprofessionalism - they sound like a regime.

Once again I must say it really was ridiculous of pointx team how they dont need anyone to put critics and stuff. I also agree that they were fooling viewers from its begining and even now they do stuff in a studio...well I am not allowed to comment. Maybe they knew in advance that shows with these girls will be awful in future. I firmly believe everyything is done with purpose and from its beginning I am 100 % that they are firmly conected with etv management. So from my point goes support to admin, however in 21 st century sounds also a little strange that there is a thing going on tv we are not allowed to talk about. In our country there were people doing horrible things in 20 th century and nobody wasnt allowed to speak about them...Somehow one might think those times are gone for ever and we should speak free. But the way point x team were behaving gives from me a total support for excluding them from forum.

cant say im suprised at this, well done admin for taking a stand against the assholes that run that channel. they couldnt get it rite last time with redlips now they cant get it rite with there new venture. there back in the redlips mould of a few girls looking bored and not taking calls. so they deserve everything they get as they cant learn from there own mistakes and listen to there callers/fans/critics.

It doesn't matter whether PointX makes good shows, the girls are nice or a forum is needed or the negative writers in the forum were right.

It's totally ridiculous from a company to say "We don't like what you write about us, so stop it". That is against the freedom of speech. They don't own this forum, they don't have any right to decide who may write what about their shows.

2) I was never on their wages list.

3) If you would have tried to read for once, you would have noticed that there is a little difference between RL and PX.

I told and wrote it 100000000 times already here, they were fooling people from the beginning, and i was wondering why they still have their own part in this forum.

That was the only right desicion, a little late already but better late then never ;)

@Mr. Pink As a fellow business man....sometimes the situation comes to the point where you have to "fire" the customer. Good decision Mr. Pink, don't comprimise the integrity and independance of this forum.

I am sorry, I'll countinue following Point X. I hope they will change their mind.
