The northernmost city in the world...

The southernmost point of Europe...
This place is considered to Cape Morrocco, which is south of the town of Tarifa, in the province of Cadiz, Spain. In fact, this cape used to belong to the island.
However, after some time, the man decided to join the island to the mainland kind of dam.
So, the island became a peninsula, and its extreme southern point was the most southern place of continental Europe.
The island-peninsula Las Palomas is located in the narrowest part of the Strait of Gibraltar and Morocco from the Cape to the African continent only 14 kilometers.
Until 2001, the year here was based military unit. Now Las Palomas Spain recognized as a protected area and protected by the state.

Amazing beauty and mysterious plateau Ustyurt...
Ustyurt Plateau - a huge desert area, stretched wide strip from north to south along the eastern shore of the Caspian Sea.
The northern part of the plateau is bounded on the east of the Aral Sea.
Here is a unique landscape diversity. Desert several kinds of alternate scenic ledges - through which the Ustyurt plateau is known throughout the world.
Their height reaches 350 meters of cliffs and layers of age is estimated by scientists at four hundred million years.
