Getting videos from SKY+ box

Hi guys
I have a few nice clips on my SKY+ box. Can anyone suggest the best way to get these to digital form on a PC?
Thanks

In the past I did try recording to DVD via the SCART connection on my previous SKY+ box but as you say there was a loss of quality so I didn't pursue this line.
My current box is a HD one and I don't think it has a SCART output just a HDMI so I really need something that can use this.
Thanks for your help.
Maybe this helps: [Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig]
But I can't guarantee it (still) works, only found this when having a quick search in google

Assuming that these clips came from a subscription channel, they will be recorded by the Sky+ box in their encrypted form; they can then be watched only while you have a card in the box with a valid subscription for that channel. The HDMI socket then produces a digital signal but, because of the copy protection built into the system, it is unlikely that you could connect it to any device which would be able to record it. The only thing you could do is record the analogue signal from the SCART socket; I don't know whether that can be done directly to a PC, so you may have to connect a DVD recorder to burn a DVD, then play that on the PC and transfer it. There would inevitably be some loss of quality with the conversion from digital to analogue and back again.
