FIFA announced that the referee of the first semifinal Brazil - Germany (tomorrow h. 22 CET) will be
Marco Rodríguez Moreno (MEX): he is the referee who directed Italy - Uruguay, in which he sent off the field Marchisio and didn't see Suarez biting Chiellini For me not a wise decision for a so important match |

Jorge Luis Pinto could teach "catenaccio" to Italian master Nereo Rocco , winning move by Louis van Gaal with his choice of replacing Jasper Cillessen with Tim Krul however great honor to Costa Rica for their wonderful World Cup.

@Shaky,
Belgium have a great team with very good players.I think what they miss/need is maybe a bit more of experience for world championships. And I´m sorry that we now not can see a "lowland derby". But be sure, Belgium has the future and they will surely be the beaten team next time. I never ever thought I would able to see, what yesterday happens:The Netherland wins after penalty shootout! Now I´m a little afraid of them! A possible final could be now between Brazil-Argentina or maybe Germany-The Netherlands. Both matches would be full of brisance . But first of course lets see what happens in the semifinals. |

2 dissapointments that I had to swallow today ...1st the horrible qualifying of the 2 Ferrari's ...and 2nd the elimination of the " Red Devils " at the World Cup
But as a sportive person I would like to congratulate the Argentine Team with there place for the Semi finals I hope that our neighbors the Netherlands will do a better job later tonight with there match against Costa Rica ! One more thing before I end this post ....... " Red Devils " the Belgian people/fans are very proud of you guys for what you all have achieved in this World Cup [Verstecktes Bild - Registrierung notwendig] [Verstecktes Bild - Registrierung notwendig] This is the end for the Belgian Team at the World Cup [Verstecktes Bild - Registrierung notwendig] Kind Regards Shaky |

In my opinion the first round of the World Cup was much more interesting, in the second stage very close matches but no surprises at all, in particular in the Quarter-finals, boring matches and not a great football, today Belgium woke up too late as well as Colombia yesterday.

The most 'curious' thing is that the FIFA has congratulated Velasco Carballo, for its yesterday performance. Why will it be? |

Hmmm, when I was watching yesterday's game Brazil vs Colombia commentators have agreed that Rodriguez shouldn't be booked with yellow card beacouse there was no foul at all ergo no foul no free kick no 2nd goal... but,
after game in the studio "expert" have said that it was all good - "he had brutal intentions with his slide". So I'm like... how is it even possible that Fernandinho wasn't sent off in the 1st half after so many fouls against Rodriguez? Going further, Julio Cesar in that case suppose to get red card and Zuniga for his knee into Neymar's back red as well. Am I right or am I right? I only wonder is Scolari keep going with his " FIFA wants us out of the tournament" talk. |
