Elite TV3 Frequency ???

I everybody, this is my first Thread
 I come from Luxembourg, I have a Visiosat Big Bisat satellite dish, I can receive this following position: 28.2 E/ 23.2 E/ 19.2 E/ 13 E/ 10 E/ 9 E/ 5 E/ 0.8 W/ 1 W/ 5 W I know frequency of elite TV1  and elite TV2 but I can not find the frequency of the channel TV3 elite, someone knows this frequency?  Thank's everybody and sorry for my english

There are only two FTA channels. They also broadcast their day show on an encrypted channel.
