Every company depends on its workers.
Otherwise strikes and unions would be pretty senseless, wouldn't they be?
Also all the programs for employee satisfaction, or management principles like 'giding with goals' would be useless if companies wouldn't have to rely on their workers.
Maybe in the lowest qualified jobs you may replace them easily, but otherwise every company is eager to keep their workforce, especially if they are highly qualified.

Definitely No....The way you offer , provide , perform and market your own business.....is the best indicator and maybe the only reliable source of information about which kind of persons ( companies ) you are ...and to what extend you really are successful .

As for ETV's previous and current state..." The displayed picture "... has revealed a lot and still revealing everything which is happening behind the cam and in the management room .

So , if you call this way of thinking ..." charlatanry " .........I don't mind at all

But on the other side I also can understand that there are so much people who definitely are not able to evaluate correctly what they are experiencing .

Yes, I do.
Because to evaluate it correctly, you first need to understand. Ever seen any business analyst looking at advertisements and products, but ignoring the books?
It's a problem of our time, that people just look at the surface and think they understand.

Business isn't that straight.
E.g. Peugeot sells fancy looking cars for a reasonable price has serious problems while VW who basically only sell rather boring and more expensive cars is very successful.

So this has of course turned away old times fans.

Until about 2007 EuroticTV even showed pussys on FTA, so it's rather a way back to the roots.

I have some reasons why a perpetual loss company as ETV has still been kept alive from its main owner, but I should talk about issues not allowed in this site.

It´s a long time in this business. So they must be doing something right! Or they have just a rich sponsor ( sheik )who is using
this platform for his own personal toy.

3 part answer
1) I'm realistic: you can't work for all. Opinion and interests are too different. Even with the limited number you will have people who bullishly want Tampax shows in closeup and guys that don't call for three month because 'their girl' showed a breast. So locking at it from a logic point of view. it makes sense to choose a broad subset with nearly common interest and focus the programming on them. From that point you can shift the focus a bit to the right/left/back/front/up/down to include maybe some more (and lose others because it moves out of their tolerance zone). So, it's simply impossible to make everybody all the time happy.
2) Models point of view: If you make them choose between ohing and ahing with 1000 guys for one minute or to have long serious talks with just a handful of guys, they'll choose the latter one. Even if that means less income.
3) For the whole team: What is it you wanna do? Don't forget you have to do the job day in and day out for years. What keeps it fresh for you? Where can you do something new and exciting to tickle your fantasy and creativity? And what do you do when you feel bored from what you do? So you will always need some playground to experiment and challange yourself to keep your own interest up. How do you convince the rest of the team to do your idea?
