i have only one opinion for Gia. Don´t give her more money, no if she don´t cooperate fire her.
There must be me more models like Gia in ETV Land who works for lower money as her.

The girls at ETV has to many rights in my opinion. Not even Topmodels have so much freedom as the models at ETV.

I wish you all a good new year and don´t care about ETV.

However I repeat, Gia is perfect for day time, yesterday good Chanel's performance but above all complements to Angelina, at least she hasn't problems to make a little pussy show.

you forget one simple thing:gia was and is also in the future a soft model,and all of the directors and regie know this and no one of them can give her order to do a fullstrip.or you really think clio and cleopatra would work in this chanel when someone can give her order to do fullstrip???it's the models decision to show any part of her body naked or not.and for a soft model gia show much more than she must or other soft models do

It appears that there are people here with a lot of detailed information about the production of the nightshows.
Being a mere watcher of the shows, I form different opinions from what I see.

I wanted to clarify my previous thought about Gia, but I see pepers has already explained it very well.

I repeat: I like Gia, but she has her part of responsibility.
Just for example, this cap is from the 26/27.12.2009 nightshow:

an Italian viewer requests a cream-show (on the plasma) among Scarlet,Gia and Amy, but Gia refuses to fulfill the wish.
(the cream performance between Amy and Scarlet is in the video of Amy's highlights I posted, and you can notice that it could be a good possibility for Gia to have a good camerawork).

I think the truth is somewhere in the middle.
Gia in the past had a lot of oportunities by the regie to show some of her nudity, but the problem is, every time when she is ordered to do something hotter, she refuses it.

One example, the last milk show.
She was ordered by the regie to undress her skirt and pantyhose and to make a milk show like Amy before (wearing only panties). But she refused to undress. You could see the uncomprehending looks in the face of other models, when she joined the bath and let poure the milk over dressed body. Finaly she decided to stay laying in the bath for one hour and didn`t want to leave. After persuasion she at least removed her skirt, which was classificated by many people as her best moment ever, but i am sure the director had a different opinion, because she destroyed the whole prepared concept for the night.

Gia has a huge money potential for ETV, but she doesn`t cooperate. She has her own opinion about performing, so no surprice there is a little secret fight between her and regie and both sides are angry.

A little tip for Etv managers: Give Gia more money, it works everytime and everywhere.

You seem to have some inside information here.
I agree about Gia; if the camera is not on you, you may as well not be there.
Imagine the scenario:- You have a viewer on the phone, he requests an action, you start to do it, the camera goes away, after a while he hangs up in disgust, you cover up ready for the next caller, the camera gets you doing this in the background of another performance.

As I said earlier, the problem is not with Gia. Someone seems to have a grudge against her.
Imagine another scenario:- Someone's advances were "repelled", he decides to get his own back.

And tonight in a night show with Scarlet she probably won't have more luck with the camera. I wrote it already some days ago: it will be a wise decision of Gia to stop a strip and avoid to do more if the camera switchs always to an other model. It isn't the first time at etv that things like this happen. Maybe most of the members here aren't happy about her behavior but with this she get's my respect.

ratings? why should they care about ratings (and I'm not sure if they have any kind of idea about them)? ok, more viewers mean more possible callers, but speaking of this forum 99% are just interested in W4F and wouldn't call no matter how "good" the show is. so if you all turn off etv in the night it wouldn't change anything 4 them... only for the people in this forum here who would miss all those nightly complain-posts.

This assumption is too much simplistic.
The fact that a viewer is not a customer nowadays doesn't mean that he never was a customer and, most of all, it doesn't mean that it will never be a customer.
The point is the following: how to make possible that a simple viewer (people nowadays interested in w4f) become also a paying viewer (customer) ?

One 'gift for a day' (what you define 'good show') is not enough to attract the interest, most of all because nobody knows when this show will be.
The problems are always the same:

1) The nightshows are the shows which should bring money (more viewers).
It's not a good thing to see every night (with very very few exceptions) the same girls (which are the last of our ranking).
2) It's not a good way to induce a viewer to call staying for hours on a couch, simply waiting for a call .
3) It's not a good way to show the best girls, in the night, only during the weekends, when many people (me too) are not at home.
Doing this way it's something like considering ETV, despite of the large number of possible viewers, like a little nightclub, exclusively for the people who spend all their weekends at home, watching ETV.
But it's not the right way to make the number of customers growing.
4) The problem of the schedule must be solved.
5) The 'special shows' (chocolate. milk, fruits,...must be advertised and must show a good cast, not the eternal Golden Dozen !)
6) There is the need to bring some interest in the daily shows. Next days I will propose an idea to discuss.
7) The camera (mobile !!! not fixed !!! ) must work for the viewer who pays, not against him.

Without none of these improvements it's difficult to pretend that a viewer becomes a customer.

Finally: my criticism for Gia (and the girls acting like her).
Everybody knows I like her, but I don't like her way of thinking:
'If the camera is on me in close up, then I show something, but as soon as the camera switches away I stop, and the performance ends'.
This contributes to create the 'vegetative studio' that too often is on our screen, and it is something which doesn't induce a viewer to be active part of the show (paying).
The viewer needs to be stimulated to call, also when the camera is not on you. The viewer needs to see a bit of life in the studio !

Something is defenetly wrong with the Gia (specifically The Gia) its either a problem with the management staff or director (although Viki used to be a good friend of her) a jealous boyfriend in the staff , part of a strategy to annoy the viewers and to tease them more (she is an asset) , who knows ?? Obviously this can not last for long ... Now regarding tonight show , some of the usual night girls - Sabrina Viviana, Penelope Maraya are doing the day shift - so who are we going to see tonight ? Jessy Angie Aria Lace , Elisa shall i continue ?? Even Channel is now on !!
