Hello together, i just tryed to fill up my account with new credits per giropay. The problem is i don't see my homebank in the next window. Does anybody have any problems like me? Thanks for your answers.

I feel practically ignored by them at 100%, even when I make direct and easy to answer questions. Her customers service is almost inexistent. Anyway, the more has to do the message with money, the more possibilities you have to receive some reply from them.

Yes. Although I'm sure it's not always 'Christine' who replies to the messages anyway considering the type and mood of the messages I've received in the past.

All I was asking was why the 'Photographers: Mashiara & Chelsea - 28.08' Photo Show pictures was the only set to still cost 0.5 credits each picture when all of the others are free to members. Nothing rude, offensive or difficult to answer, you would think, but still I wait... Confused

Perhaps they think questions like that are already answered by the fact that they were only ones costing 0.5 credits!

All i have asked is for explanation of the new rules and whether they apply to all shows including web shows not that i would ask any of the girls to do any of the shows that are banned now if i knew they didn't like doing those shows

Thought it was just me but i guess not thought maybe it was because i'm not a big spender on etv

Yes. Although I'm sure it's not always 'Christine' who replies to the messages anyway considering the type and mood of the messages I've received in the past.

At this moment Veronika is making a "exclusive show".

Im having problem watching it...i got sound....but all i see is a red curtain in the movieplayer?

What do I need to do to watch the show?

I just had confirmation that the banktransferoption is not comming back. Sad They want it back, but it is not possible. Why I don't know.

I'm asking myself more and more why the bank-transfer-option doesn't come back.
Like Mr_Niceguy, so am I asked them about it for several times. The answer was always the same: "We are working hard on it..."
Meanwhile I got the assumption that it is too much effort for them to check every incoming E-mail when anybody has transferred a new amount and two days later to do the same with their bank account.
To send this E-Mail was always necessary because it was lasting two bank working days till their bank had acknowledged receipt of the amount.
Let's hope and really some time is passed since I have asked for the last time.

You can try one option. There is one option to use the internet banking.
Go to the credit cart payment, choose a package, then select your county and see if you have the option "DIRECTebanking" - this is Sofort, when you click it you will see the Sofort logo.
That is what I can suggest you for the moment. The wire transfer is still not available.
