Re: The complaints department

Chris26 wrote:I'd like to dig up this thread again (heh, didn't remember my last post it in it, suffice it to say that it is still valid), but this time I want to talk about the new shower cabin.

I understand that ETV thinks first and foremost about their interests and only later, maybe, perhaps, when they remember, and feel like it, about their customers, and so I understand that their shower cabin allows models and cameramen to stay in the same room without having to prepare in the other part of the studio, ect, things go smoother, etc.

However, in my opinion the showers in the shower cabin are absolutely horrible and unwatchable.
And for "unwatchable" I really mean it. I don't know why, but during a shower they turn on some kind of black light, violet light, blue light, call it however you feel like; not only the reflections and absurd camera angles prevent viewers from seeing anything worth noting, but to some fellow viewers I've talked with, and to me as well, those bright blue-violet colours are actually harmful and very tiring to the eye.
A person who wears glasses or has already weak sight is therefore forced to look away after half a second of seeing those lights.
This, in my opinion, is something unacceptable.

But to each its own, I guess, as always.

This complaint was posted 15 nov and I'm sure the amateur directors and their spies have read it but not understood.
The violet patches on the models make the girl's skin look like she has encountered a dangerous disease and needs
major medical treatment.
It certainly is NO pleasure to watch a shower show in that plastic cabin and who wants to count the water drops on the walls ?
Especially when they ripp off coins from you upcoming sunday night event !

There's some space in the old shower Big Grin
But better not make such jokes, someone at ETV could take it for serious and try to realize Confused

I'd like to dig up this thread again (heh, didn't remember my last post it in it, suffice it to say that it is still valid), but this time I want to talk about the new shower cabin.

Re: The complaints department

In answer to the guy (I honestly don't remember the nickname) who told us Italians to stop whining about our language's moderators and, instead, use the VIP SMS service they provide on the site.

You know what? IT DOESN'T WORK.

Just wanted to share that. Smile

(I'll elaborate a bit: my phone is perfectly fine, I don't have any type of block on VAS numbers, I even deactivated it superfluosly just to be sure, the other VAS numbers - the moderator one and the studio one - work perfectly fine, so it's a problem specific of the number they provide through Pay900. And the very Pay900 site, in their support form, lists the years only up to 2009... Big Grin . None of the other numbers from other countries works - I get an "inexistent number" message)

So, don't just go around saying things you don't know about, thanks. Smile

Of course I've already alerted ETV's staff via e-mail, hoping they'll at least answer this one.

Re: The complaints department

about the friday evening show and the bunch of camera staff & director Angry

one cam with colours and one cam with grey filter.
isn't there anyone in the studio who checks the picture quality of the aired shows?
maybe they air their shows for blindes and animals but I have serious doubts that those will spend any money for etv.

Re: The complaints department

I observed the last night show's a bit and i have one major complain:
No matter how good the director or the people behind the cameras are there is always 1 "poison" in the studio: the bed. i don't know about you guys, but i remember the shows from 1 or 2 years ago. in 1 perticular show, there was 1 girl on the bed the WHOLE show and all the other girls were performing a great show and avoided sitting or laying on the bed and that show was off the chain! i can't explain it correctly, but it always seems that as soon as a girl is on the bed she spends the whole show there and does nothing at all. it's especially bad if she usually gets ignored by the camera, which is the case with my (only) favourite model lin, or i'm just whiffing a conspiracy xD

Because the stream is transmitted via Hotbird, not Astra. The Italian and Arabic moderators are unfortunately very annoying. Thumb down

I'm with you ,Watcher. But I have a complaint too .

I have no dish , and so I have to look it from internet , but WHY do the moderaters ONLY talk in Italian and Arabic ?? So , no German or English !

So , I.am happy to CAN download the Night Shows with German moderaters Big Grin .
I live in Holland 5 km from the border with Germany.

In another thread HvB talked about "You can better live in Germany , Austria , Swizerland ." to get throughCry (tonight)

(In our city ,it's forbidden to put a dish on the wall )

Thanks for reading this

Re: The complaints department

I have an answer as we have seen the problem came from the German mod did not work for a reason x.... and we have also seen Karry leave the studio to do what he should do. Additional difficulty for Karry not provided this one.

Re: The complaints department

How odd ... I seem to be the only one with a complaint about last night's show Confused .

The 'technical problem' which prevented music request and apparently stopped some VIP messages being shown was most annoying.
It probably didn't help Karry with her difficult task of holding the show together.

... and yes, I have notified ETV, with no response as yet but I do feel their email may be rather busy today ... Smile .

Re: The complaints department

I don't know what will serve to continue to complain.
Molvanians don't care what we think.
If we want our friends to learn to take care of their customers, to be more honest and less scoundrels, there is only one thing to do .. hit them in their pockets.
DO NOT call and DO NOT send SMS.
They must learn a crucial lesson that any grocery store already knows: "The customer is always right"!Cool

It was last Amy's show last night, and there was no italian mod, even though there were Aria, Lace and Spirit in studio.
No italian viewer could wish Amy goodbye.
