more censorship.....again?

Why this censorship???

Do the nudes kill the children?? In each tv channel no censor for violence done in the movies; only naked women are forbidden.... Why???? Why the manager think in this way????

One more time, the rules are various ...
Thiis evening a show with settings and the Jennifer breast visible. Seeing who are the others models, I am sure that we could see others tits without red curtain during this show.

For me Sexysat.Tv was always the barometer of what is allowed and what is an interpetation of ETV to what is allowed.

Well I have noticed that on SSTV you no longer see nudity (live broadcast) during the day and based on the model it is only allowed after 20:00 CET. Obviously ETV always even in the first days were reluctant to be compared to SSTV so they probably took the rules to their extreem not allowing even lengerie during the day and the day ends at 23:00 CET

I didnt follow all the posts related to this topic in the last few days , but one thing for sure I told you this will happen but I have a question regarding the censorship rules : I understand that no nudity is allowed during the dau and very little during the night but is there a rule regarding lingerie >> why are all the girls dressed they can still be with bra and underwaer not ??

If Austrian laws are so strict, is it not possible for them to apply for a different license from another European country? One that will let them show more and do more? If the studio isn't based in Austria, then surely this is possible.

@cdrw04: etv is operating with an Austrian license. Therefor it has to follow Austrian laws.

As I understand it with my mediochre german it applies to live and recorded nudity. So how its it that they are displaying nudity in the overlay featuring Sabina and Randa. ???

But enough is enough. Nobody can explain that Austria make new laws. Please show me where it stands so that we can read it. And please don´t forget SVK is in the EU, too. They showed nudity and other sexual things the daytime.....

Indeed there is a new version of the PrTV-G, published under BGBl. I Nr. 7/2009 and effective from March 1st, I don't see any changes to §§32 but there are some changes in the §§s about teleshopping (etv is licensed as a teleshopping channel). More info: [Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig] (sorry, German only) and it seems that the EC has found a backdoor to introduce the European Directive on Audio-Visual Media by defining television and radio transmissions as border crossing electronic service. The European Directive on Border Crossing Services (Freedom of Services) has been introduced into national laws in all EU countries (afaik) (for further reading: [Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig] again German only).

when Lilian can´t strip i think nobody calls her. 'In my mind nobody wants to talk with about the weather or what we can cook today.

I think this way the ETV is going is really the end of them. Look when i go to a supermarket and can´t buy meat or fruits i lave the market and go to another market.

I don´t know anything about the managent of ETV but if the Selfcensorship stays for a longer time i think the last warm models will leave because they don´t earn enough and ETV has only callcenter girls like Vanessa i think they will die in the summer where you can see more sexy girls in the shoppingcenter or cafe and you don´t have to pay for your viewing pleasure.
