There are already solutions (software and download site anonymously).
The law is a fraud because after two warnings, you cut the internet but you continue to pay your subscription.

Don't worry for this new law. At the begining, it 'll complicate the downloads for us, but then we 'll find the resources to overstep it ! I'm sure someone 'll find the solutions. Example: if you go in a cybercafe, what happens ? (lol). The politicians are old and always are late !!! The internet censorship in Germany is more serious because it can give ideas to the politicians (in other countries) which want control the press (In France, Italy ...)

Yes Bill80 but the problem with Hadopi law and what is autorized to show on the web are totally different. The second problem will take pretext with the security (at first). It seems very far of the liveshows, nudity ... but when the principle to filter the web content will be there, all the others contents not politicaly correct will be threatened ...

in France, the law has not yet voted, it is mostly illegal downloading (music, movie).

this is a matter of time.

The same project exists in USA and in France. Everywhere the liberty is in jeopardy ...sad time! Fight against it !
