Re: News from the World

The U.S. appears to be increasingly confident that a terrorist bomb brought down the Russian passenger jet that broke apart over Egypt.
The growing belief was indicated by several senior U.S. officials in the intelligence, military and national security community who spoke to CNN on Saturday.
One official said it was "99.9% certain," another said it was "likely."
The remarks are stronger than those made by President Barack Obama on Thursday when he said there was "a possibility" a bomb was on Metrojet Flight 9268, which disintegrated over the Sinai Peninsula on October 31, killing all 224 people aboard.

Re: News from the World

Once they had that power. Now, they are retro at best, not soft but, retro. we all have our glory days and no matter what, they end. Softcore in a mag was never of interest to me or celeb :/ and don't get me started on celeb of today Big Grin

They know that their brand is running at a loss and will get worse in the next few year. The brand is iconic but as its time and place in history has people move on.

To me, it was the best advertising and marketing thing of nothing since, McDonalds Big Grin Over rated and over priced!

Re: News from the World

Hall of Famer Moses Malone, a true giant who broke barriers, dominated the boards and imposed his will on the interior like few others in basketball history, died Sunday, according to multiple reports. He was 60.
Malone was named the NBA's Most Valuable Player three times — twice as a member of the Houston Rockets after the 1978-79 and 1981-82 seasons, and once with the Philadelphia 76ers, following a 1982-83 season that also saw him earn Finals MVP honors for leading the Sixers to the NBA championship, the third championship in franchise history and their most recent crown. He stands as one of just four players in NBA history to amass more than 25,000 points and 15,000 rebounds, alongside fellow legends Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Wilt Chamberlain and Elvin Hayes.
