What I do not understand is that they operate 2 channels (Aktiv Direkt TV and ALL FUN TV), one with 1.2 MBit/s and the other one with 1.3 MBit/s, both airing exactly the same programme. If they would kick one of the channels and add the bitrate to the other one the picture probably would be brilliant. |
