I love it, "Octopus in Galicia´s way" (Pulpo a la gallega en spanish)...typical in Galicia, north´s spain...and maybe you can eat in any good fish´s restaurant in any place in spain, sometimes, under the octopus you have potatoes...amazing, I love it so so so much:
