Alvaro Arbeloa ruled out for eight weeks.

The Real Madrid defender is now likely to miss his club's end-of-season run-in, meaning his participation in this summer's World Cup is also doubtful.
Real Madrid defender Alvaro Arbeloa has been ruled out for at least eight weeks with an injury to his right knee and is unlikely to play again this season as a result.
The former Liverpool right-back had initially hoped to be missing for three to four weeks with the problem, but has confirmed the news is worse than expected.
Following a medical review of his injury on Thursday, Arbeloa told Goal: "I will be out for a minimum of eight weeks. In the end the injury has proven to be much more serious than it first looked."

Re: International Soccer - General Discussion

George Weah, a great former champion AC Milan, expressed on Twitter all his thoughts after the removal of Milan from the Champions League last night: "I'm very sad, if you do not know what are you doing playing in the field ... It 'a scandal, you have to finish it. I'm really sorry for Milan, but I would change the whole team and restart from scratch. Of course the newspapers speak ill of Seedorf even if he is not to blame. It is not that he is wrong tactics or formations, but there are players who have the head in upright and your feet on the head. Now I understand the words of Boban who said that kids today are not like we were, now they think only to have a nice car, a nice salary and to be every day in the newspapers. I remember my early years: despite being a professional player and doing a lot of goals in Africa I did not take money, but I did not care. I was interested in sleeping with the ball, eat with the ball because he was my best friend, not the money or the luxury. All nonsense, do one thing: if you do not know how to play, go home and play with the ps4 that there are good. Sorry but I had to say all these things, I have been a Milan player and thanks to them I won the Golden Ball and became Weah. Milan is my home and my family and a son defends his family.

Arsenal sweat on Mesut Ozil injury after exit against Bayern Munich
The Germany play-maker, who scored and turned in a fantastic shift for the Gunners against Everton at the weekend, had to come off at half-time during the clash with Bayern.

It was initially thought that the substitution was tactical, with Tomas Rosicky coming on, but it later emerged that Ozil has picked up a knock.

It’s not clear how serious it is, but it’s the last thing Arsene Wenger needs ahead of a tough end to the season for Arsenal.
