Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes suffered, during the match against Celta de Vigo, the breaking of the crossed
ligament of his right knee  Now he will be operated and his stop will be at least 6 months, so no chances to see him in the World Cup this summer and probably no chances to see him again playing in Barcelona, since his contract will end on June 30th. Get well soon, Victor

VICTOR VALDÉS' BARÇA CAREER APPEARS TO BE OVER AFTER SUFFERING KNEE INJURY.
Barcelona followed up their massive Clásico win with a 3-0 triumph over Celta on Wednesday night at the Camp Nou, but it came at a big price as goalkeeper Víctor Valdés sustained what appears to be a season-ending knee injury in the win. The injury to Valdés came in the 21st minute when he saved a Celta free kick and landed on his knee before crumpling to the turf in pain. Unofficial reports later surfaced that the Spanish international suffered a torn cruciate ligament in his right knee, thus effectively ending his season and his Barcelona career after he previously stated his desire to depart the club this summer.
