Above quote taken from Dirk362's post number 599. I couldn't help but equate the above point with the Tory election manifesto relating to social care. Substitute voters and members for viewers, callers etc and it is exactly the same logic. Perhaps Babestation have lined up Theresa May for night shows when she is out of a job next month

Not often i'm around but. A certain stream company will not stop adding streams. This only adds to their server fuck ups! also, their profits. I've never known such a ignorant company has them

I don't see the logic In streaming if the more people that watch the worse any production gets, why bother with streaming at all. I just don't see any advantage to the makers. Instead of investing their cash in internet technology, why not invest in making the content of the fucking programmes better.

I see no benefit to anyone for the upgrade to full 1080p streams. And let's not forget, not everyone has high bandwidth internet. Why not improve bandwidth allocation on sensible resolutions? Say 1000-1200Kbps for 404p, 1400-1800Kbps for 720p, etc. The actual number of people who will watch at 1080p must be minimal after the initial interest of seeing full-hd of any particular babe.
However, they have maintained the VBR config on most channels, so you can get different stream resolutions if the player believes your bandwidth can cope. VBR values (suffix number to playpath) are now defined as 1=1920x1080, 2=1024x576, 3=720x404. Bandwidth is not sufficient on all these to keep up with video being shown, which is also why they go blocky sometimes. That said, it's the same stream servers for all resolutions hence why they sometimes struggle. They did migrate to new ones a month or so back, which perhaps was preparation for this change. Personally I think they'd have been better off fixing the f**king interlaced issue they've had for years, which ruins the picture quality to the point it's unwatchable when there's a reasonable amount of moment on screen. |

FireStorm servers=SHIT. I hope this explains it. |

For me the streams became impossible last night, both babestation and studio66 just kept buffering and it became, as I said, impossible to watch. I'm no techno, so can someone tell me why a girl in her bedroom in Bucharest can find her way on to my screen without much trouble. But the professional broadcasters can't.
Please someone, enlighten me. |

The streams are much worse now, they are shit until 4 am

God, That technician guy is a fucking genius. PS: I hope that the Firestorm servers don't exploit with the HD streams.
