Before Gemma was on Elite she had her boobs done and while there she started with the lips, but blaming it on the braces she was wearing to straighten her teeth, i would of taken the dentist to court for damages.
Since joining BB so far as i know she as had 2 more boob jobs with these as the end result, not a clue on lip upgrades, and last night maybe just my imagination but her face looked different?
Anyway long story short it seems to be a growing trend to go too far with Gemma and others at BB  my personal preference is keep what you had as that is what got you there in the first place.
