You are right, and we germans have the strictest Rules of all but it seems we complain about others. But porn is not really forbidden and do make them allowed. We have a big industry, and John Thompson in Munich brought the Bukkake to Germany and he has big succes. But this is offtopic.

Why is it so difficult to show everything that can be seen on the streets on a tv channel, even a bikini, fashion tv is not censored and they show see through tops, braless tops, Victorias secret, midnight hot bla, bla, the list is endless.

Which is not exactly true.
It's one of the few countries who don't have a law on child porn, as they don't need it. Production, distribution and import of 'porn' (the local law speaks of 'obscene material', whatever this may be ...) is forbidden, so with that child porn is forbidden too. (Same in the Arabic countries).

Local rules or laws are relevant.
In UK soft porn allowed on adult channels Sky platform subject to extra security of card being activated for those channels and premium subscription paid. BUt the channels must operate within the strict code of Ofcom (the guardian of morals) or risk heavy fine and possibly lose their licence.

Yes I am already doing it, a big research and disertation: Law and Order in molvania ,Etv, a Big Mistery..Their behaviour,transparency and presentation really deserved a such thing.
They produced hot explicit/porn things..laws changed and they got trouble..but then they found they could earn money even for almost not doing anything erotic and without risk of getting in troubles..do we really need a proof for that?! maybe this a speculation,but this is all we got,etv has taught us this way..
