A very good post. I agree with most of it.

For me the biggest issue right now, maybe alongside the allowed levels, is the falling skill level of their tech crew. I don't know if they are understaffed-overworked or they hired new, cheaper people without experience with live TV, but technical issues spoil the shows regularly.

The first issue I have is the one you already mentioned - voiceover in exclusive. Seems to differ from shift to shift, different shifts may have different skills, sometimes it happens, sometimes not. I witnessed it in one show, everything was alright, until the nigth tech crew arrived at 10pm, then voiceovers in exclusives apeared again. As you say, it is a mood killer.

Connected to this is the issue of volume levels. I noticed that sometimes the sound is too loud/overdiven/clipped to a level it is badly distorted. The voices are alright, but the mudic is badly clipped/distorted. Sometimes it happened in the exclusive stream, sometmes in the TV stream. And it is sometimes noticeable when the exclusive show ends and they switch back the sound to the studio. Or another extreme - in one show there was no sound/music in the first 2 exclusive shows.

Regarding video quality - surprisingly, the shows with white background have the lowest video quality and also cameras hunting for focus. It is strange, because the data rate of the stream, 1300 kbps, is the same as it has been for many months (during Christmas it was a bit higher still at 1500 kbps).

Another tech issue has cropped up with the introduction of the new spring shows, which use Chroma Key/Green Screen technology. Dropouts/blank screen instead of content in the green screened parts of the shows are routine. The green scree in the rain show is terrible - models always covering the "rain part" and the model in the shower, models in the studio handing microphones to each other over the green screened body of the model in the rain, etc. I tried to use a combination of flattery and criticism on their wall to poit out this issue. They published the wall post, but noting has changed. There are similar issues in the other two green screen shows - Midsummer Evening's Dream and the Cliche show, though I haven't watched them after the first shows, not for me.

Technical issues aside there is the big problem with model variety - too few models right now, the same faces almost every day. Almost the same models in the F*ing Moderators show on Sundays, almost the same in the Classic Night Show.

And the connected issue of models being overworked, sometimes less than 8 hours between shifts, etc., which I discussed here already.

Also, not just the quantity, but the quality of the models is also falling. Look at Skyler, the new Joy (or, as a friend calls her, Misery) - no charm, no erotic allure about them. They are desperately trying to bring old models back - Leslie, Ciara, Kiara for now, who else will it be? Will Bunny return for the third time?

No Kenny, ETV see nothing, hear nothing and understands nothing, then you are wasting your time unfortunately.
ETV has become a joke.

ETV seem quite to have lost the ability to run a business here in 2016 - they seem to act as if they had a monopoly on providing a market their services, whatever they are, not even that they are absolutely sure.
Strip errors they have committed here in recent years are many, but it is not even illegal to behave foolishly.

Let's take the errors one by one in any order:
1. They fail totally to have a dialogue with customers and does not take criticism on board and even justified criticism ignored.
2. Where all other optimize their product so impairs ETV his (lower image quality - amateurish operation of cameras and mixpult, poor lighting ect.) And censorship out in the extreme.
3. ETV trying at the same time to stand on two legs - a TV / free part and a web / pay part.- an utterly hopeless undertaking where customers for both are unhappy and where latency and downtime fills 75% of the time who attempted filled with advertising, where messages of sold and the product does not live up to the advertising promises. Simply an insane concept.
4. Where modern companies understand that their employees are thinking and intelligent people who Excelent is able to understand and work for the company's best, so make ETV the opposite: The staff (models) instructed down to the smallest detail and is actually almost trained dolls. (See how often the girls skives out sideways to the instructor). It is clear to see that many of the models do not believe in what they're doing (lacking passion) because they just do what they are set to.
5) A company ensures that they have knowledgeable staff that add value to the business while management slimmed down and streamlined. What we see at ETV? But I do not really care because I stopped to watch the channel for ½ years ago (has only kept a sometimes - seen little free shows), but bought a few credits for a while ago and then followed Lauren recent times and it's pretty boring. She has mentally already left ETV - it is only a question of when she actually makes it physically.
The same seems to be true for many of the other "old" models and probably also the newer, they flee as fast as they come. - So ETV is a joke, but a bad one.

had a few minutes spare, so I've posted to the wall, my thoughts on what etv needs to do to recovery. Yes, I know some will disagree with parts of my post, but as its my post, then I'm allowed to say what I've said, but I would be interested in feedback from those that actually watch the channel, and think my suggestions would improve the sales of the channel, or not, if that's what you think

I've watched a few shows recently, and there is evidence of attempts to improve the shows, but the actual improvements are negligible. Yes, there are the new shows, and some are OK, and some really need to be ditched (Sunday and Tuesdays) but the main issue isn't the shows, its the change in quality and censorship editing.
Firstly, the quality of the product is lower. I don't mean the girls, I mean the premium stream. We used to have great video quality, and whereas the free stream had all the unwanted voiceovers and also the microphone chats from the girls, the premium feed just had the music, and it worked really well. The last thing you want, when a girl is performing and is quite exciting, is for suddenly to have the voiceover wittering on about a certain caller, and the voiceover droning on and on. I know a number of viewers now watch with all the sound turned off, and they have their own music on, because of all the interruptions from voiceover woman
The video quality that was so poor for a while, is a lot better, noticeable so, but it does still have times where it’s useless. As an example, on Mondays night show, because of the lighting, the video image was full of shadows, and it still gets blurry, especially if there’s moment, but it is better.
I can forgive video quality, and even the use of the warehouse look black studio, but the main issue, and has been since before last Christmas, is the tame censoring of shows. I've watched a few shows recently, from 10 months ago, and its hard to believe its the same channel. The levels allowed then were much much better and higher level, and it worked so well. The girls happy to do it, did it, and the girls that weren't happy, didn't do it, they just kept to the lower levels, and it all worked well, most viewers were happy, and the show seemed a lot busier.
For etv to recover, they need to just bite the bullet, and offer what is in demand by the viewers, and that's higher levels and less censoring (the camera suddenly panning away, or the camera only showing the top half of a naked girl) This is what is wanted and needed. I know there'll be the usual few on here that will disagree, and spout about the artistic merits etc, and most of the viewers pay little attention to this wall now, because its clear who these few are. It reduces the value that the wall has. The vast majority don't post here anymore, hence there may not be many supporting my words, but trust me when I say there's a lot more that agree with me, in terms of what is needed and wanted, better levels, less censoring, better lighting , will all help any recovery. The question is , will etv take any of this on board?

The Lazy afternoon Show

Hello Gentlemen,
have you noticed that the show Lazy Afternoon is complete farce and buffoonery?
In Lazy Afternoon you can see the girls but far away from the camera and never zoomed.
If ETV always succeeded dodging us don't think that the viewers are fool , but they trusted you
as ETV much more than you deserve.
At the moment there is the show Lazy Afternoon in progress at Exclusive Show with the most
duo pretty and talented girls Roshana and Jasmine but you can not enjoy as they
are on bed far from the watchers.
Many times ETV apologized for doing unfairly action in order to gain an advantage, but apologies
do not mean anything if you keep doing what you are sorry for.

Do not get me wrong, the girls can work as much as they want when it's fun for them. But ever the same girls is rather boring for the viewer, apart from the fact how bad the shows currently are.
Simple "Strip Shows" can girls do for hours or days without break, good entertainment not. Only my opinion!

you missed my point. the studio girls that do these double shifts with sleepovers, choose to, because it fits their lives. Girls I used to know would travel over an hour to get to the studio, do their shifts and then go home again. They would be at the studio for 2-3 days, then 3-4 days off, then work 2-3 days, it worked for them and it was their choice.
Just because a lot of people choose to work 9-5 Monday to Friday, it doesn't mean everyone does or wants to.
London tube drivers used to do split shifts, so its not unusual and has been happening for decades.

To be clear, I am not saying the etv girls choose to. I don't know because I haven't spoken to them about it, and since its their private lives outside of the studio, then its nothing to do with us anyway, but girls I used to know really well (not as a customer) chose those work shift style by choice.

I do agree that etv need more girls, and they are slowly bring in new girls. For me, the issues with etv, mainly centre around the tame levels of the shows, and the studios which can be dark and shadowy and crap with poor video quality.
Last night was quite good, although still a bit tame
