Ok, to get back to the original topic: I think that they are desperately searching for new models, but have some difficulties finding them and even more difficulties to make them stay. I assume that most of the leaving ones preferred to take a maybe not so well paid job over staying and not only because it’s definitely not the kind of job girls like to do. There must be some more reasons why they are running faster than one of our fellow members can say “ganz nackte”.

@DB: I think we all agree that not all off his ideas would make it in our top ten and most probably we’re going to see some more ideas we will dislike.
But in general he did a lot of things right (and turning green from envy I must admit that he did one thing very right).
And the used panty stuff was mentioned a number of times by brokingbull in this and in the mytvdate-forum a long time ago, so I wouldn't bet that it was his genuine idea.
@klemi: A one girl show might work for sexysat with their low priced equipment and poor picture (partly due to small bandwidth), but it won’t pay the bills for etv.
 

Etv 2 should start maybe with solo shows with girls that are most popular, it would be a nice oportunity also for some girls that are now not so popular on etv1 shows recently simply because girls like nikita are nearly always on screen. So my suggestion is put some favourite girls on etv2 solo shows, but of course with constant camera work. Without that say goodbye etv2. For etv 1 I think there should be maximum 5 girls per show, but shows must be hotter and better organised, with also better cameraworking. So in the evening instead of 10 girls you reduce it to maximum 6...5+1 on etv2...there should maybe be one hour strip shows on etv2 by only one girl, and then another from etv 1 would change her. These way if I like hera who does not get enough attention on etv1, I could enjoy her show on etv2. Okey maybe that would be a copy of sexysat ,but it could be nice. Just think of lets say kate and leslie solo show on etv2...it would bring a lot of money!!! Or solo hot alexa or solo hot safo or carolina and similar...Lets debate.

I agree with what all of you say ,and maybe they also can reduce the weekend night-shift hours aslo,like let's say the shift starts at 22.00u till 03.00u and let's say that that is enough also ,and maybe after 03.00u they can do some reruns from previous shows ! 5 hours is enough for the night-shift ,so the girls could get a bit of sleep ! And i also think that 5 girls each show would be enough ,because sometimes you can see the girl you like only for a total of 20 min. in a show that takes 5 hours a day (and i think 20 min. for your favorit girl is alot in the eyes of etv)because they have to many girls in a show (today in the night-shift 9 models ?, that's too mutch) and most of the time they show always the same (popular) girls ,so that every girl could get enough camera time .(not that i  don't want to see a lot of my favorit girl ofcourse,but every girl must be in the picture)

And a Big Big respect for my favorit girl Kaleya ,for what she does  at etv (model ,director) and for Gia for makin' a lot of shows even when you are not scheduld (also for the other girls who do a lot of shifts,my favorit did it also a time ago ,so respect girls)  (but i must say that i miss my favorit girl in front of the camera !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! , but i can undertand it !)

The logical answer with a model shortage would be to reduce the number of models per show. But that is not the practical answer. Each girl will have a potential earning to the channel which far outweighs the earnings of the model. They know their break-even figure so they must always aim to work to that.

The problem is entirely of their making as they did not effectively replace the girls who left not this year but 12 months ago. They knew what number of a model pool they needed to alow for part-timers etc and should always have retained that number.

A partial solution:

1. reduce the solo night show to only the models who really earn for their stay

2. reduce the early shows to the same formula.

Or just hire more girls. The wages would stay the same.

Ps.: Some girls like double shifts. It means double money.

this also helps solve the airtime problem.

Viki is at work this week, Margo said "I can't fulfil paper trampling desires because Viki doesn't want to".

I think the missing one is Merry.

Megita has been a big loss both as model and director too.

At ETV studios there are some kind of bedrooms, but it seems they are everything but comfortable.

So a model can be at work in the nightshow, sleep few hours and get again at work for the morning show (10:30 or 11:00).

Emanuela wasn't scheduled for the whole week, I think she has been called to cover the emergency, there are some weekend-only models, as Laura, or Ivon.

I've seen Randa just in a shift this week and Kaleya is now 90% director and 10% model (in the past she was present 7 days a week), I think they' ve some troubles in direction too, it seems Merry has taken a break.
