the same file as topless 2, starts a little earlier (Sisal_ETV1_091007_002.mpg - it does stutter) I measured 2330 kbits/sec .

Thank you for the clip. I could not record this show today )-
However, there seems to be a playback problem. My system is quite fast yet your vid stutters and stalls. And it's not a codec issue either.
Every clip analysis program I use says that your data-rate is 15000 kbps which is slightly bigger than the actual transport stream of 2.2 mbps.
