Slowfox wrote:now the dust has settled here is a question which only a mod or admin can answer, I guess. maybe an oversight on my side, but couldn't find in the rules

what if I post something which after second thoughts I want to delete. however, somebody else quoted this post in his message in the meantime.

so is there a general rule that once asked in a PM, it is compulsory for everybody to delete such a message ?

and for one or the other this might work, but in case of a general clean out of messages it can take ages to ask everybody to delete his post containing quoted messages to be deleted.

So, is there kind of copy right with the original writer, and is it a must that once raised everybody is obliged to screen his posts for quotes to be deleted ?

Hope I made myself clear enough and understandable.

shucks almost forgot, P.S.: thanks to the mods for their sleepless nights and enduring patience with us buggers

I am not mod, but:
From my perspective, everyone is responsible for what he writes, and has to think before posting.
If afterwards you regret, you can delete your own posts, but you can not force anyone who have quoted and commented on your to do the same.
Friendly!

Buccaneer wrote:But also as a place for questions, wishes or problems, of which we do not exactly know which moderator we should to appeal.
Each moderator has his special areas and themes with which he especially knows.
If we have questions we can make public, then please the moderators would like to express themselves,if they can do that. Smile

Admin of course is responsible for the site overall like updates to the forum and other things to do with the board meaning the No1 guy, and we show our respect for what he's done through our Moderating.

There are 3 Moderators that are in charge of the daily running of the forum, Mauro, Tarl_Cabot and me and we cover all topics and threads and also schedules but we stick to what we know best like i only sort the UK schedules which is my main strength, and thats how we do things.

The 3 other Moderators GenaroXP, JuFan and maximmus stick to what they know meaning GenaroXP and JuFan know certain channels like BS24, ETV and SexySat, but recently JuFan as been giving me a little help with the UK, maximmus only Moderates the UK section as again we stick to what we know, but also again all 3 help with the schedules.

But overall we work as team just apart from don't ask maximmus through PM about ETV as you will get a reply of WTF Smile same with GenaroXP if you ask him about UK shows Smile

LSTV FORUM awards is a once a year Moderator who as i said is in Bermuda right now getting over it Envy

Anyway i hope this answers a few of yours and others questions Smile
