one quick way is to use megaupload : [Versteckter Link - Registrierung notwendig]

on the site click browse to pick the file from your hd, then click send to upload it to them. once its done you should get a link you can post on the forum.

I have it on an AVI file. It only lasts 46 seconds but it's a good 46 seconds. I have never uploaded before so would welcome any tips on how it's done.Cheers
