Want to watch todays show

Does anyone know how I can download or watch todays show (20-09-07) from around lunchtime onwards? As I dont have sky at home :( any help will be greatly appreciated!

I dont know if they have a web stream but if it comes to the worse , u can watch it on the side screen on the sportbabesxxx webstream. ---just a suggestion
or u can kiss mauro's azz n he might record it 4 u :) He's the man
