Actually they have already a long list of the efficient directors .....who in so many occasions have proven their complete outstanding abilities in the direction staff like...Vicky , Julia ... Hence it's better to say that what exactly is need to be changed is not the directors themselves ….but the " concepts " itself... " the concepts of success " from their view ....that's exactly what has to be changed . |
