Carl made his post in a thread about SexySat. and to continue this endless discussion: if someone says that these rules are just etv rules and not the common rules for airing a program via satelite he should be able to give or show us these rules for airing on Astra or HB. at the moment the only thing we know is that etv got trouble in the past for their program and they became softer. none of us understood really what was the problem with the scene or show which caused the trouble except that it was a daytime show. that scene / show wasn't so different to many scenes we see in shows, "documentations" or movies we can see fta. I saw last week e.g. the trailer for the next unneeded Big Brother season in germany and of course this trailer (at lunch time) showed a lot of nudity while on etv we see models who not even show their underwear. although is SexySat repeating old shows with models in bikini or underwear at daytime while etv uses recorded clips with fully dressed models. in this forum is often asked for the etv rules or the reason for the restrictions and we would like to see these and compare these with the known rules but to say the truth: it looks like nobody here knows any existing rules about airing a tv program via satelite, or? or at least I cannot remember that anyone posted facts and not just unproven theories in the past. |

Carl wrote:Hotbird rules are more restrictive now. these rules, however, are only for ETV. Anyone can see movie and TV movie in which there are explicit scenes of sex and full nude (also on SKY) and nothing happens. The truth is that there are strictive rules, but the more restrictive were invented by ETV. |

Hotbird rules are more restrictive now.
I guess that is the reason why also ETV Shows are getting softer. |

After Sunday's show, I thought there were signs of hope, with a concern from the direction of doing something original and try not to bore. In this new situation, like sunday, and despite serious mistakes such as over-models in the
study, I believed it is possible to develop good shows, provided they follow a right direction,in which there are moments of collective activity, and times when there is an individual role: "the time of the model", allowing that moment to be exploited by the camera, and unleash creativity. After that, two hours later, then came the disorder (the time that each of the models is by their own, without any sense of spectacle or eroticism) and all was again like other shows, like yesterday, but the first hour and a half of the sunday show was amazing last sunday, and I think that was not only for the models, fantastic, but also a right direction and a proper focus priorities. Now I'm confused, it seems that some days can be better, but overall does not appear that the creativity of the theme nights have given way to a more erotic show, we'll have to settle for at least more entertaining. |

Since the new "format" of shows started I have been impressed with the great close up views Eurotic have been providing of the models. The camera team seem to have got its act together---so it seemed. Over the last few nights Eurotic have slipped back into their old style. I know we can"t expect epic productions every night but Sat-Sun and monday were poor shows. The first "hot" hour tonight was just mayhem. Some models looked like giving up. Too many models at the front blocking the models at the back (same old story eh). But really--somebody has to have a word with the vision mixers who work there. They are spoiling all the good work of the camera and production crew by cutting away to quickly from a models before she even starts to do a dance. Same old complaints--same failings--. They just can"t get it right for more than 3 shows in a row. And any casual channel surfer could be mistaken for thinking they had tuned into a day show during any one of the weekends night offerings. Clothes on--no cream--no oil--no wax--no interaction goodnight zzzzzzz

Okay, let me say also a general thing:
I have absolute nothing against these theme-shows. I think it brings a little bit fun (specially for the girls) in the shows and make it less boring. In my opinion a right step of ETV. But what I don't like are these crazy makeups and hairstyles. I prefer to see the models in a natural way, with less makeup as possible. I know it's difficult to bring both things in common, but I hope they will find some themes where such strange styles are not necessary. (Oh, I must stop posting. Mashiara starts the hot part! ) |

Is that a sad indictment on the current state of ETV,or just a 'Look, new shiny things to play with!' normal member reaction? After Gia's performance last night I'm personally going for the latter!

This is quite amazing ...
Discussion in the "New Feature: Member Reputation" thread is outstripping all others ... ... even the "Gia - Discussion & Chat" after last night's show ... . |

Imagine,if you will, and I'm sure you all have,if all of the girls currently onscreen did proper nightshows!
Dreamlander-Off to think about that some more! |
