That will always happen, some choose to what i call borrow links and post on here which i am never happy about, but other forums don't mind.

My videos are of certain girls so easy to find if anybody borrows mine and others go on to free porn sites where the original link is not any use.

Some like myself can only view European shows on stream so can't say all are lazy.

Sadly you are right, when i joined i had no plans on contributing anything but then when i started i found i actually enjoyed it, some will not try to go to the next step of contributing, that will never change.

even if the downloads do not compare with the thanks it may could be that once the link was posted the link is spread through the world by sending via email or posting in other forums. Maybe are some videos are uploaded over torrents which means there are also spread without the tribute to video maker.

For the most who are interested in videos are to lazy to watch the shows. funny thing you are supporting them once up on a time everybody who wanted to have shows on his own used a videorecorder and recorded the shows on his own video cassettes.

But this reflects the egoistic behavior of nowadays. Take everything and give nothing, not even the most positive words "Thank you".

As Tarl_Cabot says we have discussed this issue quite a lot in the past i put "as moderator we feel your pain of wasting 0.03sec pressing the thanks button" in my signature sadly no one seems to of noticed it was no joke.

We have lost some really good contributors due to this in the past, then members who don't thank wonder why less content is posted, a example of how it can effect content normally posted [hidden link - please register] some still post many videos and lucky for us it is not always due to the thanks button they do it.

When you try to force people to do something they don't want to do what usually happens? we try to think of solutions but no point.

If you look in this thread all do post and thank on a regular basis your the reason why some post, so we thank you for that back

To those members who don't press the thanks button, if you learn what it is for, there will be more chance of people posting more content, this is probably me talking to myself as this is a chat thread so they won't read it

At the end of the day some don't do it for the thanks or the reps but its still nice when you do get them and others do it because of those reasons and sadly loose interest

If you give the contributors what they deserve you will get repaid back with more content.

Personally i stopped to post because i'm too busy that times (i will continue, i promess).
For information, with the two threads where i post my vids i count about 30 thanks for almost 1000 downloads on my Rapidshare and Megaupload accounts.
So, obviously i don't post to obtain thanks...but to thank back the other posters who posted all the videos i downloaded on this forum.
I also post for my personal pleasure, i like to edit vids: to change sound, to resize, to add my name (oopsmaniac), to convert and so on.
You are all right, a lot of members don't have the thanks button reflex, but for me that's not a problem

Most of us do not do it for thanks. But because it gives us pleasure. If only for the thanks. Long ago to stop sending video. Although I must admit that I limited the sending of files for this very reason. It is always nice to see someone appreciates someone else's work. How do I know from conversations PM some filmmakers still do it just because of those who thank.
Ps. Thanks for any movie less than 5% of downloaders.

you're right for videomakers is a pleasure but is a pleasure even for a downloader.....so i thank you and other videomakers for your great job and for videos i interested to download
example....one night i go out and i can't watch the show.....next day i wake up and maybe i found the complete show or some models highlights and why i don't THANK all of you?
i will never tire to say this....things must change and THANK to all videomakers
