What to say? Beauty is always in the eye of the beholder, and no doubt all of the girls in the top 5 are really beautiful.
So what makes the difference?
Even if none of my favorites has won, Roshanna is a well deserved winner.
her attitude is great, she's always smiling and friendly and working hard to fulfill the wishes of her fans
Anyway, For me she's a bit too serious, I prefer girls sometimes kidding around.

Nancy is maybe too good for this world (is she from this world at all?), unfortunately she too often looked sad and serious this year, anyway she's always giving everything when she is in a show.
But in 2013 I often missed her unique smile, so hopefully things get well again for her this year

What to say about Kristina? I think Shaky hit the nail on the head.

Anyway for me Mashiara has something else why she is my number one: Everything she does looks really spontaneous, she doesn't simply repeat shows even if asked for the same again and again, she's often playing with other girls, or even with equipment in the studio (flipping christmas stars, dancing with the red things, playing with the light balls , or the blankets on the couch...).
Unfortunately her presence in shows was rather low in 2013 which I think is the only reason why she didn't make it into the top3, anyway I'm glad she's still occasionally in the night shows at all

Not like my #1B Angelina who is mostly busy with administrative work and web shows and didn't do a night show for a longer time
She's quite a contrast to Mashiara, her moderations were often clumsy and not to understand, but she's the most daring girl at ETV, often plays with other girls, is always active, and she has been the best coach for new girls in the night shows

My number 3 Tia is the the most variable character at ETV, she plays every role from Lady to bitch totally convincing, her comments are between sweet like sugar and really smashing.

I wish you all and the ETV team a happy year 2014!

Here's a little explanation of my voting :

Best Director : Mashiara : I choze Mashi because she can easely can direct a perfect show with the right persons in the show , she has proven that very well !!
Best Moderator : Ju : Because of being always friendly with her answers towards the sms sender

5 : Tia : Simply a legend that should be in a voting list ,specially also when she's one of most longest models at etv and haven't lost any of her charmes & kindness

4 : Roshana : because she's always nice , charming and always has a smile on her face and also because of her great performances she does

3 : Mashiara : aldo that " Little Kaleya " hasen't been much in a show this year ,she simply must be in the voting because her dedication ,her charmes , her kindness , her presents in the show is always a 100 % perfection when she is in it !

2 : Kia : this beautiful model has always such a amazing energy ( she must have this from a former model that I know ) that she simply brings you in a good mood and also wants you to jump in her energy that she has , always nice , polite & friendly , always having the right attitude , always charming

1 : Kristina : Well this model has all the right things that a model must have , she's charming ,elegant ,friendly , kind , always perform / does the wishes that are asked for ( when they are in the limit's of the Etv rulres ! ) , her dedication in the shows are always a " " , had some nice short conversations with her in the past

Why did I vote like I did ?

Best director:
Mashiara didn't direct a lot of shows but this ones she did were unique. A special atmosphere has always been created between her,the performing lady/-ies and the viewers.
If I'm allowed to say this than I would like to mention the same is valid for Vicky in TV and Ellie in the Premiums/Exclusives too but Mashiara is Mashiara.

Best moderator:
Ju has her own style and I like it at most. Even when the show is floated by... she brings back a little bit of good feeling. Not to forget her fading in on the TV-screen who is free.

My Top 5:

Penelopchen is always trying to find a balance between wishes they sent by freaks and other people they don't like it. Thanks for this.
Roshana lights up every show her presence it's just enough to make us feeling good.
Tia you are a column of the channel, have a great style of humor and look fantastic always.
Kristinchen you are most important for a special one. For my No.1.

MASHIARA: Now I could start to write a novel but I try to make it short. I'm calling you now for more than three years. Thank you for all what you have given back to me.

Well, let me explain my choices : for Best Director I chose Mashi because, even if she directed few shows,
she' s the only one that I can call Director in Etv
For the Mods, my choice was for Lorena, not only because she speaks Italian, but she's also kind and pleasant
For Miss Etv it was hard to choose only 5 girls : well Tia is a column and she's the best in Lesbo shows, Anna is
a funny girl and she has two beautiful big.... eyes , Verotika is one of the best newbies of this year and I'm sure
next year she will be my N° 1, Mashi and Nancy-Hase are my favourite girls in Etv , but sadly Mashi didn't do many
shows this year, so I chose Nancy.

You'd better hope I don't ever call as most of my favourites end up just leaving! The girls on my list I have all called many times. Mashi and Ava would be there fighting for a place too if I had called them and not just messaged.

Who knows what the new year will bring...if I start calling Mashi, it will probably bring me a mixture of happiness and bankruptcy!

about my choices:
Mashi didn't direct many shows, but in the ones she did she already showed her dedication to the show instead of most others who seem dedicated to their own ego.

Ju, no contest really, she has a nice voice, talks coherent sentences, gives valid info, draws the line when needed and doesn't take crap from the idiots

Well and about the models, I guess you can conclude not many models can hold my intrest once naked. these girls can make the screen drip with erotic tension if they want.
