I tend to have a reply ratio of 1 in 10 when contacting ETV and I spend a lot of money there. Although I love what they do in front of the cameras generally, their customer service is absolutely diabolical, unacceptable, laughable and frequently non-existent! I've had every excuse from them and others but there is no excuse to not replying to every single message sent to them...none! Even if the message is offensive, the first reply from them should be a warning, then a banning or closing of the customer's account, but it should still get a response. Every other enquiry should get a respose, an acceptance at least that someone, somewhere is addressing or dealing with the said enquiry.
The name in the firing line is always 'Christine' but make no mistake, this is not her fault, she tries her very best whenever she deals with me but she has about 10 responsibilities at ETV and replying to messages is not high on the list. This is an endemic problem and would take someone higher up to finally accept it is one and that it is costing them money and costing them respect and needs sorting. Not that they don't already know this of course.
As for the posting of full Premiums. They are getting posted a lot faster, but that is relative of course when you couldn't enjoy the live show fully. There are many Premiums of old still lost in the ETV void but the recent shows tend to be posted within around a month or two if they were popular and I believe this series of shows was very well received, so maybe you haven't got that long to wait.
I can understand why they don't post full Premiums the next day because it will detract from the show being a live 'event' if you can get it the next day and this could hinder the prestige, and more importantly, the profits associated with the shows but I think if there was a set waiting period of around two weeks, that would be beneficial to us all. I'd send a message and suggest this but...you know... Anyway, I've yet to be given my bottle back from the last time I threw it into the sea.

This is too much honor. I can not delete anything except my own post's. I am not an admin or mod.

The problem with the special evening shows such as the "Ballroom" is that it takes a long time to ETV published it in the Premium section.
This is different for the daily shows. Which are available on the following day.
You'll like each other have to be patient and wait until the ETV shows in the video section published.

hi vector..i knew that. purchased video take 24 hours to be available..we are talking about a week ago videos...still did not receive any replay from costumer support..and this ignoring stuff is unacceptable from who want seems professional costumers care...maybe my personal account manager is on holidays..or maybe the email link is expired or wrong...but t i sent email in the etv wall as well and no replay at all..what does it means?by the way i do not want be on trouble with this" professional skill "so could u please delete MY POST...thank you for understanding

You'll here with your request have no luck. If you had read the rules of this forum you would know that it is forbidden to share clips of the ETV Show page.
You'll like some others have to wait until the show in the video section on ETV show is available.

That was a poor show the high camera was used a lot and the other camera was not very generous, but coming after last night maybe we saw too much.
