Did you ever send a VIP message that was not displayed on the plasma, as if it was never sent (but of course your credits are gone)? This is the second time that it happens to me. I was accostumed to the requests not fullified, but that's too much. I sent an email to ETV to ask for an explanation, of course they didn't answer
