Singapore GP – Marina Bay street circuit – first edition in 2008

the Grand Prix is run at night and in terms of duration is usually the longest race of the year with the heaviest fuel load of the season.
Singapore is a street circuit and the stop-start nature of the track, with numerous 90 degree corners, demands a high level of downforce. Statistically there is a very high chance of a safety car.
