Re: Last night's show

The idea was may be good but on condition that the light of candles is sufficient to recognize at least models.

Why want you that viewers sends SMS or calls to see nothing, or recognize his favourite. It was bearable during one hour but more than two hours not.....

Besides, the light yellow old , when it returned was not really beautiful to my taste.

For me it is the personal failure of Janine but that would have been able to succeed if it had before been used in an evening show with soft models.

Re: Last night's show

Anybody else not recieve their night vision goggles from ETV for
the show last night?
I felt sorry for Timi, I tried for 45 minutes to spot her, gave up and
went to bed.

Re: Last night's show

I agree with the fact that the lighting was better in the second part of the show.
(Still, one hour or more without actually recognizing the models is still a grave mistake)

As I've said in some other topic, dim lights should be an incentive for cameramen and models to do more, to create hot angles and such that would normally be "too much" with normal lights. It could also be an incentive for some models to push their limits, as in They get naked + nobody can actually see anything = everybody wins.

The problem is that yesterday there was none of that. Hot shows? The only fullstrip in 3 hours was by Lilian, and it was followed by Claudia only. Kate removed her top for 3 minutes in the whole show.

But I think there must have been some underlying problems - I saw very, very few requests, whereas in the VIP Special weekend shows they were having difficulties with keeping up with them. Also, they stopped performing at 2.30 (when they all got up and stood at the side of the studio together) so there must have really been no reason to go on.

Re: Last night's show

absolutely right.

the show was a waste for ALL models participating, in particular ... errrhh ... you know whom Blush

after a quick fast forward through last nights recording (went to bed after Janine's lame explanation, and assuming nothing more to expect from the night), i gather the idea wasn't too bad, basically through the second part of the show. lighting was just a bit too dim and the camera work ridiculous. but could see one or the other models 'moon' shine. SmileSmile

with some improvements (light, camera as mentioned) this concept may, however, work well.

Re: Last night's show

Jost and Amigo!
Paradoxically I agree with both of you, because…
Most often a show begins promising, but after about an hour it starts getting dull and uninspired, in my opinion. This time, to me, it was quite the reverse.
First there were masks, lots of “walkie-talkink” and even outbursts of “Hallo Hansi-Pansi”
So to bed I went.
But sleep would not come.
And then I started to think about the after hours show. (Oh, that´s me!)
But perhaps a little earlier, just in case…
So here starts a shower, and then another, and then… Away are the masks. almost, and not a sound about Hansi…
I really hope now that our wonderful video makers did not give up the way I did!

you would have longer to watch.
It was still a very hot show.
shower shows at its best, with Claudia,Kate,Angelina!
unfortunately, the hotest scenes were destroyed by the Director, if they showed silicone mountains for too long.
at the end the love whisper between Kate and Angelina ,top! .
Claudia and Angelina have made a very good work and most other models too .
I could even tolerate the talk show. Thumb up

Re: Last night's show

I liked the 2nd "special VIP" show more than the 1st one, they seemed to manage the rhythm better, although there's still a lot of room for improvement.

And of course, the highlight was A&K's shower.

first believe the recent discussion belongs to the general discussion rather then this thread.

anyway. am reading quite a lot of messages, here and there and everywhere in the forum, with where etv fails, what viewers do not want, where etv did not live up to their promises, you name it. this is all fine, accepted, and fair enough, but I cannot quite identify what your expectations are ? where is the constructive approach with your proposals for improvement ? If you have any suggestions in this regard I'd assume that those running the show will be more then open to receive your proposals through their e-mail address which is available to the public on their web page.

I personally believe that is really a tough piece of work to run such a channel in a highly competitive environment and same time to comply with customers demands, not loosing focus on the commercial viability.

we all want see a good show, but what is a good show ? what is the recipe to satisfy all watching ? Me myself has twisted his mind, but regrettably have no clue either, nor any advice which eventually can do the trick. If you have, please comment.

Yours SF

Of course, everybody has a different idea of what a "good" show is. Everybody, I'm sure, would run the channel in a different way, and that's natural.

There are those who are content with how the shows are nowadays (one must wonder what they used to feel in 2006! Big Grin), there are those who praise the channel for its every move; on the other hand, there are those who criticize every move because it is not what *they* want, and those who try to add a little facts to their criticism without resorting to insults.
There are those who think models should only do what they are requested by callers or SMS senders, while there are those who think models should also do something on their own in order to attract calls and SMS, these are 2 different views with dign reasons and motivations each.

I, for one, would be content with seeing SMS requests fulfilled, or at least not ignored: surely something must not be going the right way if even Gold members are starting to send criticism (see yesterday's show for reference), but surely like you said one must wonder what his expectations are? What do you expect from ETV?
For example, if I were a new viewer, I'd watch some shows, and after seeing yesterday's show and how no requests were done apart from the infinite demanding of balloons and such by Marcel, I'd think twice (or 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 times) before spending a single cent. I'd just sit and watch, and feel justified doing so.

Rest assured that all the criticism you can read here by me, and more of it in fact, has always been sent via e-mail to ETV's team, and while so far I've received no satisfactory response (hence you shouldn't be so sure about how they are "open to receive proposals"), I believe they read all of them.
Perhaps I should start my next e-mail with "Hello! I'm interested in a Gold Package...", that way they're surely going to read it! Big Grin
