Re: Censorship: let's try to understand something more.

Yes Tari, you're right.
And, despite of this, one of the most incredible censored words is "future".

i.e.
"I wish you all the best for your fu**re"

Very hard to understand what should be censored in that word... Confused

I have sent this to etv and maybe etv learnt to censor this too or that fucking idiots need their money for buying some white bootlaces.

good point!
I´m sure you one of the few who just noticed that.
or say it in other words some use google just for erotic ### between the letters and not racist content. Confused

Re: Censorship: let's try to understand something more.

what's ok and what's not:

strip the closes completely: ok
play with dildo: not ok
between the breast (not said what betwen the breasts): not ok
lesbian sex: not ok

further more what she said:

It's erotic tv and we can do erotic things. of course we can do a lesbian you (me [Sabrina] and Lin) but we don't have a dildo in the studio and we don't play with a dildo and we don't make real sex. I want to tell this for all of our viewers. bla bla next sms.

and about the censorship:
often it's hard to understand which words are censored and why. you sent a VIP and you see some *** in the middle of a word and you don't have any idea why. it's often because a part of the world is also included in a sexual word and so are even parts censored. often it's just a good laugh or should be seen as a kind of funny puzzle for the viewers. one moment later you see one of these endless abspritzen and you just think Angry Angry Angry why me and not that bullshit?
I dount that anyone will ever understand all these censorship rules at etv.

PS: sadly are the short cuts for the fucking nazi arseholes not included in that censorship and so you have seen in the past VIPs with AH, HH or 88 in the text. Angry

Very easy answer.

You can say dirty words, but you (ETV) can´t show dirty things.

Cool

The only thing I can imagine is that governments forbid these kind of television
like they forbid certain gambling because people get addicted to it and spent all there money on it (this is real love to ETV and the models)
But then they have to forbid a lot of things in this field.
I don't think that it would happen (income per tax) and that I would like it to be forbidden.

Hi,

what is write is offtopic but it is typical for the government in Germany. We wanna forbid everything what bring fun to the viewers.

We forbid to smoke cigarettes everywhere but alcohol like a bottle of Schnaps is 3,50 Euro in the supermarket. This is the typical Doublemoral here.

Or the politicans they talk about family and wanna save the children but on the other side they have a girlfriend or spent all the money in the brothel.

Nothing more to say and if it to offtopic delete it.

I am not a "laws technician", so just to talk and to keep the discussion alive, I beg to point out:

ETV pays the models to give a performance.
However the character of this performance is primarily erotic, since they use a seductive behaviour such as to stimulate the sexual instinct of the not-yet-a-customer/viewer, first, a kind of soft soliciting, if I may, and interacting with the now-customer/caller via phone line later.

Law means nothing to me. It is devized by people who want to protect their interest. So for guidance I always use common sense.

What about a singer who uses her body to sell more records, what about a model whose body is used to sell fashion, what about an actres who uses her body to sell movietickets, what about their male counterparts? Are we not all one way or another being used for our body or mind to make money? I find it is not easy to draw somewhere the line, but it is always arbitrary.

A model receives her paycheck even if she would not fullfill any request. So there is really no direct connection.

Re: Censorship: let's try to understand something more.

Thanks a lot to Hilbert for the great effort and to Mr_Niceguy for his point of view.

It's clear, the subject could assume a very "intricated" aspect, because you could find a Court using another term insted of "videoconference", for example "liveshow".In this way even the "unidirectional video" would be not saved.
Also the fact the there is no direct connection between money and fulfillment of the request could be not enough, for the reason explained by Hilbert.

Anyway I simply think that vipsmss are 1000x more a source of risks than a source of money for ETV.

Let's consider one nightshow: the average is no more than 40/50 vipsmss/night.

(and many of them are not "genuine"...
Just an example: we know that these "masterpieces" of vipsmss are from a certain "customer".

I must admit, this usually happens when certain moderators at the workstation...Thumb down )

40/50 vipsmss mean less than 500 euros = 20 minutes of conversation/model ( <7% of a 5 hours nightshow).
And we must consider also the time spent by the girls in answering at the micro... (even if many times the caller is online, spending money for nothing)

My personal conclusion is that 95% of the incomes come from calls, 5% from smss, which is very few to justify the risks connected with them.
The second conclusion is always the same: I think that ETV' current crap-show are mainly due the the fact that ETV's crew didn't cunsulte a valid lawyers' team.

Other opinions are always welcome.
Thanks

Even if for example etv moves to China, they show their shows in Europe so they have to follow the rules.
