Every man has a different attitude in this life which essentially depends on his own beliefs and his own personal experience in life .

There are a group of people who strongly believe in one theory …accept things as it used to be and don't ever try to change it .

And there are another group who always like to find out the other side of the coin and always believe that they could improve their life if they just try to exert more efforts in order to find that other side of the coin .

Both groups are right …the first group choose to be more realistic and rational …and the second group choose to be more ambitious , determined and patient.... depend on their vision and imagination in order to find that other side .

So whatever group , you have decided to belong to it ….we must keep in mind one thing .

No one has the right to prevent the people to express their ideas and thoughts here in this forum or on any other place whether these comments are positive or negative ….because this is the simplest right which anyone can ask for .

No I do not have the link because it happened there two or three years.
I do not mean the shows at night but those days.
The channel was closed by the CSA because it aired girls completely naked in the day. Recommended after several letters and no response from the broadcaster, the CSA is stop the transmition via Hotbird. I read that on this site has the time if I remember correctly

For what kind of censorship we speak? If you watch shower with jane you can see everything of her, everything. The same role in the past has Angelina and Calomira. They can make hotter shows without problem after midnight and will do in near future again.When ? When stop some viewers, callers to give money for nothing.In the meantime will give to viewers some seconds of hot action to fake them again. They are nothing without viewers .Clever viewers will give them a good lesson This is my opinion

Do you have any link or any other evidence that CSA was the one and only reason why this channel stopped? If I remember well, both of these channels were Italian and the reason why almost all italien companies stopped airing the FTA erotic channels was Berlusconi's policy and his unpopular porn tax. It has nothing to do with CSA.

A lot of reading in the new EU directive, but I still did not find anything, why ETV or any erotic liveshow television channel should be worried to show a soft nudity (breast, pussy) in the nights.
The censorship rules are almost the same in any european country since the year 2008. Its impossible to show a nudity in the day time, but none of the european country prohibits to show a soft nudity (not porn) even in the night. If you have some evidence of that, show me. Well, maybe in England.
If ETV had no conflict with Austrian low until now, there is no need to think they will have any conflict in any other country in the future, even if the new EU directive allows that.

Some explanations.
This concerns only those cca 30 erotic channels on Astra, which broadcasted low bit rate still images as an advertisments for erotic phone lines. Any other normal channels even with erotic content ( Eurotic TV, Sexysat etc.) are not listed and never will be.
What is important, the reason why these channels will be removed is not the KJM protest, but Astra itself.
Why all this? It's a simple business. The future is HD broadcasting, which needs more space on the frequencies, and which cannot be guaranteed by Astra, because the satellite is already full. So, Astra voluntary decided to end the contracts with these low gualities erotic "pseudo channels" to make some free space and thus be prepared for the future.
KJM has nothing to do with that, it's only badly presented in the news as their victory. In fact KJM has no rights and no chance to remove any channel if the licence is outside the country. As well as the CSA on Hotbird.

Maybe it is a combination of both.

At first:

I followed the both links by HvB. I found an important thing on the one of Hotbird.
B24 is receivable on ASTRA (on the former transponder of ALLFUN TV) now and will check where are the borders.
But only in the time of 22:00 till 06:00.

At second:

ASTRA gets pressure by KJM and Hotbird by CSA. For the people they work in KJM and CSA isn't a distinction between the channels
broadcasted static pictures and Live show channels like eUrotic TV. If those peoples her the word "Erotic" all bells are ringing.
They rail against that only to know the facts and the different efforts of the single channels. All can be hide behind the protection
of the kids. Very practicable.

At last

to be honest, I grew up in the former G.D.R.(east part of Germany). Pornographic and brothels were strictly forbidden. Officially.
But during the trade show in Leipzig ? The country needed hard currencies and some hotels and special locals changed in ...
and not only there and in this time. The Ladies worked for the secret service (named STASI) and had the obligation to earn hard money
and to get some secrets of the companies. But I saw my first picture of a naked girl when I was 11. Not in a western journal in one of ours.
We had the beaches for nakedness too.

Conclusion: Double moral former and now. No difference between the systems.

most interesting are these parts:

1) Jurisdiction for satellite broadcasts (Article 2)

When a broadcaster based outside the EU uses a satellite up-link in an EU country, that country will have jurisdiction. Only when there is no up-link in the EU, does the EU country whose satellite capacity is used gain jurisdiction. This reverses the criteria defining jurisdiction under the old rules.



2) Which country’s rules apply?

As under the old rules, service providers are subject only to the rules applicable in their own country (country of origin principle). This is essential to give them legal certainty and help them develop new cross border business models.



3) Countries can restrict broadcast of unsuitable content (Article 2 (4)-(6))

Under the new rules, EU countries can restrict the retransmission of unsuitable on-demand audiovisual content - e.g. neo-Nazi propaganda – that may not be banned in its country of origin.



4) Two-step safeguard for receiving countries (Article 4 (2) – (5))
•
if a country objects to the content in a foreign television broadcast which is wholly or mostly directed to it, it can use a consultation procedure (cooperation procedure) to address the country of origin. The latter shall then issue a non-binding request for the broadcaster to comply with the stricter rules of the targeted country.

•
if the broadcaster circumvents these national rules, the objecting country can also - with the Commission's prior approval – take binding measures (circumvention procedure).



3) and 4) limit 2) pretty much
So Germany or Italy can determin what etv may show without etv being in conflict with Austrian law.

One of the uplinks is in Germany and since the latest EU directive the authorities in the country of uplink may apply their standards to the content.
Also the agreement between KJM and ASTRA is much more far reaching than the initial 30 channels and ASTRA is seriuos in cleaning up.
