Practical info about calling/sending messages and ETV Gold

hello my friends in my country we cannot connect to ETV can any one show me a way to coonect with a model for some sugetion!!! for example Roshana and suzy ca speake in my language i need to connect with them

It seems, that they have problems everywhere. I wanted watch the premium live show on Friday - if I good remember, the price was 7 credits, but I could watch it for only a liitle more than one hour, their streamer began loosing speed, than recovered, again lost speed and definitely failed. I was trying several times to come back, but the streamer after several minutes of buffering did not started. Color of the screen has changed to blue and any activity finished. It was second time in this week, I could not finish watching of exclusive live show. I wrote them mail, how they can ask pay for the things,wich they have not firmly in hand, but they not answer. I think than it does not matter, if you write them in very polite way or angry,any time, when they should answer like: sorry, it was our fault... they will not answer at all.

Thank you, but as you can see, the administrator blocked the information. For me would be for now fair enough to know the country, to optimalize the price of my phone calls. I can have calling to any austrian phone number (0043) counted as local OR any call to any german phone number (0049) only a little bit more expensive instead of normal long distance fee, but unfortunately I can not have both at the moment.

I have this experience: I bought credits and created my account without any problems. Then I installed a headphone set n my computer and used by ETV recommended program Zoiper -everything without any error. By connecting to ETV I have heard something like: "Welcome at the ETV. On your account remain now ... credits. You will be connect to the model in studio,please wait..." And I waited...long and many times. Once or twice I coud hear the voice in headphone, but she apparently did not hear me.
After someanalysis I found the reason: my AntiVirus program - AGV Antivirus 2012 - did not allowed program Zoiper to make some changes in hardware installation part. I asked my AVG provider why, and they responded me that program Zoiper has no certification and it would be high risk to allow such proram make changes in hardware setup. But they promised me that they will find some compromise shortly. So I am still waiting.
For now I can call to studio with my handy and also with all distance call fees from Slovakia. By the way, can somebody tell me, in which country is the ETV Studio. License of Eurotic is registered in Austria, but I am not sure, if this is right also for studio. I can prepay the cheaper distance call fee, but I do not know for which.

as far as I know it is necessary to have at least any kind of credit on your account to login there.
The second possibility is that you didn't put in your right access data in the field...(difference between capital and lower-case letters is a precondition)

Only some thoughts and yes try to use info@eurotic.tv and be polite.

Of course I will be polite. But mabe I should be a bit more repetitive.

I will keep on trying until this is sorted out. It´s not that much money to argue about, but it does not matter what it costs if you have paid for a service, then you want to get something out of it.

Last answer I got from them was 10 days ago and I haven´t got any answer on my last mail (6 days ago).

Well I just logged in without any problems. So it's not a problem with there system. First off I would say make sure you type in your login details the same as you set it up. It is case sensitive, so if you used capitals, you will need to use them again.

Other than that, email is your only option. Just don't expect a quick responce.

Christine told me some days ago, that they had (have) problems with the mail server. She hadn't receive a mail I sent to info@etvshow.com, that's why I use(d) the mail-system on their website.
