An honourable mention also goes to Hull City who this evening defeated Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 at Wembley Stadium in the Play Off Final to regain their place back in the Premier League Thumb up

Up in Scotland we had our very own big game up here in the name of the Scottish Cup Final. Well its a congratulation to Hibernian who at long last ended their jinx and captured the cup for the first time since 1902. The overwhelming ecstasy and relief was all too much for the long suffering fans as they invaded the Hampden pitch at full time which brought back the infamous scenes of the 1980 Scottish Cup final the last time such an event occurred Blush
