All this is the result of a view that can not be defined foresighted from the management:

1)If you say: every girl performs what she wants and decides when to work, then what can you expect ?
Day after day every girl tends to perform a bit less, up to nothing! Probably some girls are able to receive some calls and smss even in this way, but not many of them.
And the few girls who continue to perform a good action will be tired very soon, being the only girls who make something in that studio!

2)old models must be 'teachers' for the new girls.On the contrary their messages to new girls have been these:

-)to make some acceptable shows to acquire some customers, then to tame down drastically the action, with the hope to keep the few 'virtual lovers' forever.
-)to stay in vegetative-style over a couch,
-)to take care that your 'virtual lover' doesn't call or send smss also to the other girls
-)never to involve the new girls in the action (like the models of the old generation did)

A manager can not ignore all this ! But we must also add other points:

3)The departure of some models: Jaya,Larissa,Tamara,Alyiah (just few names). These are girls who didn't leave for another job, they continued to do the same in other channels.
This means that the management didn't take care to give the right value to the jewels in their hands !

4)The equations (with the exceptions of Friday and Saturday)
beauties ---> fully clothed and vegetative
Golden Dozen ---> naked and disturbing

5)The crazy idea to sell 'friendship' (in Europe and US), imposing a self-censorship in the nightshows (having seen last nightshow now it's clear) !

Now they understand that their view (if they ever have) has been a disaster.
All this to say what Janette means according to me: "closing the fence when oxes has bolted".
Her duty is to make other girls understand that the nightshows must have a hot content (with the risk to create other problems, since she is a pro)
But was it really necessary to come to this point to understand this ?
This forum should be seen by the management as an important method of feedback and not like something irritating.

The look of horror on the girls face was only matched by my own. The introduction of an obvious "professional" will certainly change the dynamic. Much more likely than the softies hotting up is that they disappear as fast as they can. ETVs USP as others have said is the variety of the models and its unpredictabilty. If this disappears then it just becomes another dull sex show with models like Jeanette showing their tired bodies at every opportunity. That would be a shame.
