Some interesting issues from last writing on the wall, I even don't know where begin from.
Maybe from they admitted their nth failure, or from the "iPad" issue (poor Mr Jobs rolling himself in his grave), or from "Even during the night free-to-air channels soon will have to go softer." (it has happened since a long time actually, just take a look at the video section here) or from "Only few of the models are able to generate better income, but usually the financially successful shows are not necessarily the most interesting ones." (meaning the most expensive for them), or more "For now the reaction of some of the viewers suggests that we should not go into the premium direction and instead reduce the number of shows." (wasn't it "the majority"? Did the "Carrie incident" change so much minds?). I think most interesting is they now have the last arrow in their quiver (let's talk about arch since Italy is gold medalist  ), if they miss maybe this is the time to stop webshows definitely. Or maybe this is only an excuse to get some holidays at their sunny beaches.Holiday time for me too, maybe I have to up that usual topic.

If there are enough people that will support our ideas, then we will go on, but if the members decide that it is not acceptable - we will comply and will be glad to take some days off and have seaside holidays during August. Models and all the rest of the team will appreciate lighter working schedule and more free time during the summer.
I like the last sentences of the answer to Slowfox post on the Wall, they show the arrogance they have against there viewers... Our ideas, It seems they don´t care if a customer has a good idea. Everything i read from ETV is, our idea, we have decided.... Have they thought about it that the customers are satisfied? And the best sentence is he/she will go on vacation on the Saeside... Have you ever done others things at ETV as take a Rest? Or where is the customer support, the better HD Stream, 480p is HD in their eyes... , Everything i can only be sorry with the models. They mostly have to run the show without any help from your so called stuff. They do your work and you sit in the background, earn their money and complain about us because we don´t spend our credits on and on. I ask myself where is the money, you earned for the sign up of every user? Is this money gone with the wind? Maybe we save the credits for the expensive "real" Premiumshow. But it is useless to write some words to ETV because unwanted posts are not on the wall and what kind of online Support is it when i have to pay 1 Credit for a praise or a complain. Persuading the same kind of ....excuses , justifications for the continuous unacceptable behavior of the same specific model doesn't really make any sense any more ...
This certainly regards as one of the few times when ETV made a real decent and courage decision and shows some respect for its cleints who just tried ....to draw the attention ...and " cast a critical eye "....concerning the unacceptable behavior of specific model towards them . Well handled ETV . |

I sent this to the ETV Wall,yesterday.As more than 36 hours has passed,I'm assuming it will not get published there.It's in reference to the last Karry Exclusive Show and the way I saw it and my disappointment with the way she was treated from both 'sides'.
Label me a 'Fanboy' or 'White Knight' or somebody who just cares too much,it doesn't matter and it won't change my opinion.  "What a wonderful show of support for one of your most popular models!  ETV comment: "In any case, we will refund all credits which were charged for this show so that no viewers are left with the feeling that they have been cheated. It is very likely that Karry will not be allowed to do another premium show so that we don't end up in the same situation." If I remember correctly,Karry was not even supposed to be doing the show but was covering for Sunny at the last moment.We can only speculate on the reason for Sunny's absence. We all know how Karry likes to prepare her webshows and then to have to be the first to implement the universally unpopular new 'Premium' add on to the exclusive day show,I thought was so unfair on her and Charlie.They did their best,it seemed to me,to try and do something which,to be honest,was never,ever going to be accepted by most viewers/paying customers and was not even something they wanted to do themselves,that was plainly obvious,but was another 'genius' idea from the 'bosses' who are in the exalted position of never really having to account for any of their decisions directly to the customer but instead,leave it up to those in the studio whose job it never should be. I am very disappointed in this comment which basically throws this wonderful young woman to the 'Lions' for something that was not really her fault but the fault of those who,once again,seem to have random ideas on the spur of the moment that models and studio staff simply just must do and face all resultant criticism. I really hope Karry is having a brilliant time away from all of this ridiculous nonsense and realises that there are many of us that understand and appreciate the awkward situation that she and Charlie were put in.When she returns,I will count the days before she is asked to do another Premium Show.Karry,it is obvious,is a very popular girl and "not allowed to do" will be a comment soon forgotten by those in charge,I feel. ;) And anybody seriously taking Karry at her word about '10 credits' being the minimum for her to go topless or naked,obviously hasn't watched her shows before or indeed understands her very sharp sense of humour! If you don´t do ELS Shows you get in danger to get fired or only the dayshows. But i won´t call them girls because they are no girls anymore. Some of them are Mid 30. And second, ETV is like a game. In my opinion, basically (this means that in my discourse I exclude every other problems, techical ones in primis) Exclusive Liveshows (or Premium Show, ecc.) are wrong for 2 reasons:
- they put girls (I don't want to call them models, I don't like that term) in a bad situation, they don't deserve that. The fact of the different prices is, without any shade of doubt, full of bad taste: I'm embarassed for them; girls wouldn't had to accept this kind of treatment. I've always the hope that some girls refuse (and other will refuse) this state of thing. - a lot of viewers (and I am in this category) develop a sense of nearness with some girls. Seeing this girls in these bad situations it's not a good sensation and it brings these viewers to leave the channel, because of the sense of delusion. I'm not interested in seeing girl who I like with less clothes, it's the opposite. |
