It sounds strange to me, I think they give credits after the transaction is complete.

hello there !
i just opend the etv website and i saw a massege that etv had some problemes with there banktransfer options. they deducted all my credits so the website is unusable for me. does anyone have the same problem like me ?

Sorry, but if you can get credits you can call via website
once you are a member you can download the program to call from the website. it is on the left side next to the stream picture.

You first have to become a goldmember. You do this by sending money to ETV. The information how to do this is on the website. [hidden link - please register] Once you are a member you can easily figure out the rest. Good luck
