There is no European censorship ...

The censorship rules are done by the national authorities (or in Germany: regional). There is a European directive, that has to be interpreted and transformed into national law.

As we all know, it is interpreted much different in Spain or the Netherlands, than it is in Germany or the UK.

Another source of censorship are the laws in the country of production. You wont get away with producing a nightshow for Spanish television in Saudi Arabia ...

For the channels it is also interesting where they are rebroadcasted (if they have contracts for that). In that case they have to apply to the laws of that region, too.

European censorship is the same for all European erotic channel.
So why there is so much difference between the channel (Sexysat, etv, rednight, Italian channel and channel spain)
Censorship is done by the head of etv and more European law.

Bill, that`s a very old argument! In former times I thaught like you, but a boycott of ETV can`t be realized, partly because of the many foot and Nylon fetishists! Many viewers will not see the models naked, and I must confess: If my favourite model does still wear a mini slip or not, that makes for me no big difference! I believe, the main reason that ETV became worse than 2006 and 2007 is the european censorship.

Etv depends on the calling and SMS and unfortunately you do not understand that you have the power to change things. The viewers who don`t send sms should shut up because ETV depends on the viewers who call the models and send sms! There is no sense that viewers who don`t pay should criticize ETV in this forum!

And which models should leave ETV depends fortunately not on the writers in that forum!

I agree a model does not exceed 1 year after it's already seen. Nikita sabrina and other models over 1 year should be gone. At the moment they are in the closet ETV2 is the best place for them, then at least they had their place.

Look to a show with Nikita: She often gets the most SMS and has permanent callers (5 points from me) against here higher voted models, but in the voting on this page she is only number 23 of 50 models!
