The new adaptive bit rate for Exclusive shows

Patrick: Hello to all the Team, The new stream for the Exclusive and Premium shows had some problems running during the show with Karry. I have at home a real throughput of 14 500 kb/s and I got the stream at 600 kb/s. Then there was an inability to receive the stream for about half an hour. I hope that the system will work well for the next time, the image resolution to 720 x 576, it's much better than before, it's a good idea. Regards, Patrick
Niktattoo: Hello ETV Team, About the Exclusive live show, can you explain why, up until today, I have not had major problems with the show on the web, breaks and I have had and patience is still great today but after two hours of show the only thing i see is still image of Karry and lasts 45 minutes, Patience finished on my part and I've noticed that the show Exclusive now are soft other negative thing, forecasts? To all ETV users, Our web servers are based in the USA, so there are some aspects to have smooth streaming:
1. You have to have enough bandwidth to our servers. Most home providers offer bandwidth packages for peering or to their nearest international point.
2. You must have constant bandwidth to our servers. In fact home users have shared Internet connection, so offered bandwidth capacity is shared among many users.
3. You must have enough CPU resources and good video card to decode smooth video stream.
Meaning all these points above, we implement Adaptive Bitrate Streaming to our Exclusive Shows. I have already bought!!!

What's the name of the computer in Molvania? Not server? Refrigerator? Or washing machine?
Serious, my question is: How can I buy the bandwith to USA?
I'm in Germany and I believe I first have to do it with some providers in Germany who, maybe, connect me to USA. Or Great Britain or Caledonia or......etc.

Sorry for asking here, but at "The Wall" every question cost money. Really a nice wall.
