Which transponder do I choose for hotbird fta?

A while back I mentioned that I lost ARTE, so today I did a factory reset on my receiver (Technomate TM-5500). I used to get about a total of 1300 channels (TV and radio) on hotbird 13.0, but now when I do an auto search I get less than 400. I think the problem is with the transponder setting, but I don't know which transponder I'm supposed to choose in order to get the 1300+ channels I had before.
Any help greatly appreciated. |

Can't figure this out. According to this Kingofsat site, Arte is located at 11.623 / 27.500 / 2/3 / V - but when I search this frequency it doesn't find it??

Hi Billy, I think that many Hotbird transponders have changed settings, some new frequencies have been added and some of their satellites have been replaced by newer ones. So you probably will have to manually add all those new frequencies, as the internal settings (factory settings) of your received don't have them stored. You will find all current Hotbird frequencies here:
