Re: Bluebird TV - General Discussion

Hmmm, why am I so reluctant to believe their version of things? I'm sure it'll appear in some sort of Ofcom bulletin if it's true, so we'll see.

Re: Bluebird TV - General Discussion

BB are now down to 3 channels 954 (Northern Birds) 955 (Essex Babes) 967 (SportxxxGirls) so i think it will be interesting to see what happens in the coming days.

The loss is blamed on ofcom we shall see Smile

Re: Bluebird TV - General Discussion

Not that it matters, seeing how a supposed looser license doesn't mean we'll get to see full frontal or anything less tame than what we normally get. Basically it will be the same channel as it's always been.

Re: Bluebird TV - General Discussion

It as been announced that there will be changes to there channel listing from this month, they say they are releasing one of there limited compliance licensed channels, Blue Kiss TV channel (951) but it was not long ago they said all channels where regulated by ofcom, so not sure what the hell there talking about there.

If all are regulated by the same people i'm sure it would mean same rules for all there channels, if not the system is really screwed up.

Anyway heres a cap of the info.

Re: Bluebird TV - General Discussion

For some time BB have been saying that some of there channels can show more than others, but now they have posted an apology saying they was wrong and all are Ofcom regulated.

Which could possibly mean softer shows now, but that part is speculation from me.

Posted by Blueimage on there forum this morning.

Hey guys, sorry I've just checked with the compliance team and all channels are governed by OFCOM and they all have the same rules across them. We have to be very careful with all rules across all channels. Sorry about the mix up!
