Oh and to view these files fullscreen and not in the thin format they show as, downoad VLC player go to to video menu (top of screen) select aspect-ratio from drop down menu, then choose the 4:3 format. Now when you watch in full screen mode it will fit perfectly to monitor screen, well at least it does for me.
