Hi members,
I think the time is right to open a new " Movie Thread" : I wish you lots of fun &don't forget to post I start with my favorite Zombie / Living Dead movie : Lucio Fulci's masterpiece :ZOMBI 2 (1979) aka : Woodoo Schreckensinsel der Zombies ,Zombie Flesh Eaters The words have be written -the thread has began. A zombie is found aboard a boat off the New York coast which belongs to do a famous scientist. Peter West, a journalist, travels to the Antilles with Ann, the daughter of the scientist. On the way, they meet with with Brian, a ethnologist, and Susan. When they arrive at Matul Island, they find Dr. Menard, and discover a terrifying disease which is turning the islanders into horrifying zombies which devour human flesh and seem indestructible.... A shocking and excellent Italian horror thriller from Lucio Fulci . There is a creepy tropical atmosphere to give the movie's feel a tender eerieness with it's groovy music score by Fabio Frizzi and graphic gore effects such as the memorable if absolutely horrifying scene involving a woman getting her eyeball stabbed through a large splinter of wood. Cast: Tisa Farrow - Anne Bowles Ian McCulloch - Peter West Richard Johnson - Al Cliver - Brian Hull Auretta Gay - Susan Barrett the boat can leave now tell the crew |
