![]() ![]() meanwhile a bit of story about ![]() The ' Autodromo Nazionale di Monza is a circuit motor located inside the International Park of Monza . It is among the race tracks the world's oldest permanent, along with Indianapolis , Brooklands and Montlhéry and is famous beyond the borders to host the Italian Grand Prix of Formula 1 organized by the ' Automobile Club of Milan almost continuously since 1922 . In addition to the Formula 1 car on the circuit, and other categories of Lombardy is also held an annual grand prize of the World Superbike Championship . Since 1991 , with changes to the Silverstone circuit , the track Monza is the fastest among the world championship: the current official record of the circuit has been established in tests of the Grand Prix of Italy 2004 by Rubens Barrichello at an average of 260.395 km / h. The construction of the circuit was decided in January 1922 from the ' Automobile Club of Milan to commemorate the twenty-fifth anniversary. The company was formed SIAS (Increase Automotive Company and Sport), privately owned and chaired by Senator Silvio Crespi . Work began on May 15 and was completed in just 110 days. The first full tour of the track was crossed on July 28 by Peter Bordino and Felice Nazzaro in a Fiat 570 It was the third permanent circuit built in the world, next only to the track American of Indianapolis ( 1909 ) and the English of Brooklands ( 1907 ), which no longer exists since fallen into disuse in 1939 on the eve of World War II and finally closed in 1945 . The preliminary draft provided a path in the shape of "eight" the length of 14 km but, due to the impact on Royal Park, it was decided instead to approve a project that uses most of the existing roads of the park is the felling of trees . This project, drawn up by ' engineer Arturo Mercanti, then director of the Automobile Club of Milan, by the engineer by engineer Alfredo Rosselli and Piero Puricelli, provided a circuit consisting of two rings that could be used together, alternating a turn of one on a tour of the other (the finish straight was in common and, in this case, was divided into two lanes), or separately: a runway of 5,500 meters with seven road curves, and a ring of high-speed oval with two curves banked, 4,500 meters long. In the early years, the Italian Grand Prix took place on the complete circuit of 10 km, but after the serious accident in 1928 , in which the pilot Emilio Mattresses car lost control and crashed on the finish straight in the audience crowding at the trackside spectators killing 20 and wounding over 40, were made several changes to the track to reduce its speed. One of these is the Florio circuit , designed by Count Vincenzo Florio in 1935 [ citation needed ] , which combines in an original features of the Ring Road and the high-speed, interrupted by several chicanes . The path from 1939 to 1954, with "curves of porphyry" instead of "South Bend" + Retfilo Central. In 1939 it was rebuilt much of the track. The ring of high speed was demolished, and the track road was later changed by moving the "curve Vialone" now do not enter more than the cars on the avenue's central park, but on a new longest straight and parallel to that in above. Place as close to the pit this new straight line (called Rettifilo Central ) led to two new hairpin turns that led into the finish straight (replacing the original curve south), located at the old overpass south and paved paved , were baptized "curves of porphyry." The length of the circuit became of 6,300 meters. [hidden link - please register] |

He may start the race tomorrow because he has driven in all three free practice sessions a time which was under the 107% mark and so there´s no reason for the race-commissioners that he not may start the race.
