In order to answer (well, sort of :) ) to Mauro questions: 1) Nostradamuso shows are always advertised as "live"; basically, Notradamus do what Tele A wa doing from 2004. Knowing Riccardo Schicchi, though, everybody's legitimate to raise some doubt about...
2) this is a really tricky question, since it seems very difficult to know which country actually gave a license to a TV channel; for sure, they have a license to broadcast through satellite by AGCOM, the Italian authority, but as far as I can understand that's different than giving a license to the TV channel itself. In the AGCOM list there are dozens of channels that actually clearly follows cnsorships laws different than Italian ones (most of them advertise adult only pay-tv during all morning and afternoon, for instance), while the permit's been released to non-Italian channels as well, like Erde und Mensche which broadcast from Germany and Polonia 1 and TV Shop, both Polish channels that actually broadcast from Milan, Italy... So, it's all quite consfusing. |
