Why the censorship in this channel is so 'high' ?

I wondering why this channel is it so much censored.

in a time where also a so full of 'prudery' television like EuroticTV is goin to show pussy.. why
a piggy channel like FUEGO tv is it so 'cold' ??

Right, the porno tax is been created to decrease the concorrence with Murdock in favour of the DTT.

The situation isn't new, it's two years old.
With the porno tax it's avoided the explicit show of: pussy, ass hole and eventual sexual act (like dildo show in the 2007).
Differently by the ppv, the others channels haven't the possibility to pay the fine provided for law.
In these two years the are been hot experiments, but for Euroitaly after courageous choices...has changed name (for Chantal only reply of her show on Romasat), and in the case of Fuego tv is intervened the same channel's drection when Nikol Brown or Lea di Leo was going to do an explicit show

However, in general, you remember always this: the censorship isn't a moral rule but a form of profit and sometimes it's sufficient the channel's internal package rules (etv ).

In Italy , before the advent of Sky, There were Tele+ from 1990 to 2003 (30 july) and Stream Tv from 1997 to 2003 (30 july)

Actually the law has been made when Romano Prodi was Prime Minister (a "center-leftist" government).

From April 2007 showing full nudity on a live show is "risky", since the new law is written in a way it can be taken in a more or less restrictive way according to each judge; this limit does not exist if the scene is required by the plot: for instance, "La Pianiste" was broadcast in uncensored full length version (including the porn scenes in the peep-show) by a national free-to-air Italian channel (the movie is rated 14, anyway); soft-erotic shows from Playboy oe Penthouse are still broadcasted by some regional or local channels, still uncensored (full nudity), just to show how quirky is that law...
So, you simply can't expect full nudity (at least in live shows) on a TV channel with an Italian license.

By the way, the law was critized, actually considered silly, when asked about, even by former Italian President Francesco Cossiga (who passed away two days ago); he said there were yet laws about and the new one was prone to make difficult even talking about sex.
Now just think Cossiga was one of the main representative of the Catholic area...

In Italy the "porn tax" is most probably the reason for the soft shows. Hasn't there a new aw been introduced a couple of years ago? I remember well that suddenly all Italian liveshow channels went soft.

at first I don't know any of the italian shows.

Maybe some channels have decided for themself not to show everything.
If they earn enough money with soft shows this will be ok for the channels. There are obviously enough viewers for softer shows. Also some models probably won't do this job in a harder show.

Fuego TV and LA9 were yet ever censored. Even while the good times of Divafutura, Hot Chilly and the other hard italien programms. I saw the models never wthout the panties. Now after the sharpen of the italien law concerning the erotic programms in free tv, all channels are very soft.
