Ah, so it doesn't work on vlc player. I thought vlc played everything. Don't want to download another video player though, ill wait, thanks for the effort.

You can use an alternative flv player like Adobe media player. Read my previous post below to get the download link.

I am working on converting the files to mp4 format for convienince :-) so that they can be played in most players.

...and of course the one and only best player... VLC!!!! yey! :-)

as far as i can tell, you only really need the codecs that are installed with the flv player

after installation, im pretty sure some other players work
i have used vlc, and i think media player classic (which are both way better than the flv player, and can be resized)

anyone else know if im right, or if i was on drugs at that point in time ?
